摘要: Aqueous-based release coating compositions are disclosed. The disclosed aqueous-based release coating compositions are particularly suitable for use with pressure sensitive adhesives. In some embodiments, the aqueous-based release coating compositions include (A) a vinyl-based emulsion copolymer comprising a copolymerizable acid monomer, (B) a silicone-based emulsion comprising a mixture of amine-, polyol-functional siloxane and epoxy-, glycol-functional siloxane, and (C) a polymeric dispersant comprising an acid functional group. In some embodiments, the weight ratio of silicone-based emulsion (B) to polymeric dispersant (C) in the aqueous-based release coating compositions is from 2:1 to 3:1. The disclosed release coating compositions are suitable for use in, inter alia, tape applications.

A solids content of the conductive material dispersed solution is 3% by weight or more, and a shear viscosity value of the conductive material dispersed solution measured at 25° C. and a shear rate of 1/s is 70 Pa·s or less. Provided is a conductive material dispersed solution, in which the conductive material is pre-dispersed to an excellent level through an acrylic dispersant to effectively improve dispersibility of the conductive material when added to the cathode slurry composition, and high solids characteristics of the cathode slurry and the like may be secured by suppressing aggregation between active material particles in the cathode slurry.

摘要: A waterborne coating composition including a novel polymer latex and methods of preparing the polymer latex for the waterborne coating composition. The disclosed polymer latex, when incorporated into the waterborne coating composition, reduces gloss, and achieves a matte appearance without the need for and/or with reduced amounts of traditional inorganic matting additives. In one approach, the polymer latex disclosed herein includes latex particles having a core/shell arrangement configured to not only participate in film formation but also impact surface morphology of dried films to produce the low gloss coatings.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a formulation that includes a hybrid composite material, at least one photopolymerizable monomer, one or both of a free radical photoinitiator and an oxidizable radical co-producer. The hybrid composite material is formed from an organic semiconducting material and a conductive material, where the organic semiconducting material is bonded to the conductive material. In specific embodiments, the hybrid composite material is polydopamine/multiwalled carbon nanotubes (PDA/MWCNTs) hybrid composite or polydopamine/gallium zinc oxide (PDA/GZO) hybrid composite. Also disclosed herein are a method of initiating and/or sensitizing photopolymerization and method of additive manufacture via photopolymerization using said formulation.
