摘要: The shoe derailment device for use in derailing a conductor shoe assembly of a bridge crane from a conductor rail assembly generally has a wedge head provided at a longitudinal end of a body made of an electrically insulating material, the shoe derailment device being securable to the conductor rail assembly in a derailment position in which the shoe derailment device is positioned outside an operating zone of the bridge crane, with the wedge head facing the operating zone in a manner that if the conductor shoe assembly is moved outside the operating zone, into the area occupied by the shoe derailment device, the conductor shoe assembly is derailed from the conductor rail assembly as the conductor shoe assembly engages the wedge head and is maintained in a derailed state by the electrically insulating material when the conductor shoe assembly is engaged with the body.

摘要: A movement system includes a rail, a trolley, and a braking system. The trolley is movably attached to the rail and configured to support the payload. The braking system is operatively attached to the rail. The braking system includes a braking module having a base, operatively attached to the trolley, and a wheel assembly, operatively attached to the base. The wheel assembly has a shaft, a clutch, and a braking wheel. The clutch is rigidly attached to the shaft and configured for rotation with the shaft about the rolling axis. The braking wheel axially surrounds the clutch and is in continuous rolling contact with a surface of the rail. The clutch is configured to selectively allow rotation of the braking wheel relative to the shaft in only one direction of rotation to decelerate movement of the trolley along the rail.

摘要: To provide an apparatus for suspending, moving or fastening a load or locating a member which is loaded in use and where in each case the load or loaded member may be required to be movable in use, the invention provides a mesh for location in a desired position for suspending or locating the load. An attachment device for the load comprises a wheel having a number of spaced recesses and a co-operating location member mounted on a peripheral part of the wheel with relatively rotatable bearing members therebetween to allow the wheel to rotate relative to the location member. The wheel is engaged with the mesh with its plane generally perpendicular to the mesh such that elements of the mesh are received, guided and passed in the recesses on the wheel as the wheel moves through the mesh while being located with respect to the mesh by the location member.

摘要: A chassis frame for a vehicle, such as a truck crane, is formed of a pair of longitudinally extending, laterally spaced Z-shaped support members. Each support member has a vertically arranged web with a lower flange extending inwardly toward the other support member and an upper flange of greater width than the lower flange extending outwardly from the web. The lower flange extends generally perpendicularly to the web while the upper flange is composed of a first portion extending angularly upwardly and outwardly to a second portion which extends outwardly normal to the web and a third portion which forms the outer longitudinal edge of the upper flange and extends angularly downwardly from the outer end of the second portion. Vertical plates are secured to the inside of the web and are supported at their lower ends on the lower flange, these plates act as supports for members mounted on the chassis frame. With this chassis frame the drive motor of the vehicle can be supported on the lower flanges between the web of the support members.

At least two carriages are mounted on these rails with each carriage having on each side two or more wheels.
