摘要: A cooperative control method and system for electro-hydraulic hybrid braking of a middle-low speed maglev train is provided, which relates to the field of vehicle braking control. The method includes: denoising operation data of a middle-low speed maglev train; using a controlled autoregressive integrated moving average model as an electro-hydraulic hybrid braking process model for the middle-low speed maglev train, and processing denoised operation data by using a least square method to determine parameters in the controlled autoregressive integrated moving average model; establishing a generalized predictive control model with time lag compensation according to the controlled autoregressive integrated moving average model and a Smith predictor; and performing cooperative control on an electro-hydraulic hybrid braking process of the middle-low speed maglev train by using the generalized predictive control model with time lag compensation. A time lag in the electro-hydraulic hybrid braking process of the middle-low speed maglev train is reduced; control accuracy of the electro-hydraulic hybrid braking process of the middle-low speed maglev train is improved to a certain extent; and a speed tracking effect is improved.

摘要: An energy transportation and grid support system utilizes at least one transportable containment module capable of storing thermal or chemical energy typically produced from renewable or geothermal sources and providing connectivity with energy conversion equipment typically located in a land or sea-based operating facility. The system includes circuitry to hookup to an adjacent electricity grid for the provision of grid support and/or piping to move thermal energy typically used to drive steam turbines generating electricity. The operating facility also includes a communication arrangement to link with and exchange operations control data with a grid or heating operator and the energy transportation operator. The invention is directed to both apparatus and method for the energy transportation and grid support system.

摘要: A system and method for performing braking operations on a hyperloop pod are disclosed herein. The hyperloop pod may have a secondary braking system, wherein the secondary braking system may be operable to provide a first braking force. The hyperloop pod may have a transponder communication system and a line-of-sight system, wherein the line-of-sight system may be operable to detect a second hyperloop pod at a line-of-sight distance. The hyperloop pod may have a memory and a processor operable to detect a second hyperloop pod and determine a collision margin between the hyperloop pod and the second hyperloop pod. The hyperloop pod may engage the secondary braking system if a safety margin is equal to or greater than the collision margin.

摘要: An emergency action system for use with a railcar or locomotive is described herein. The emergency action system may include a transmitter and a locomotive transceiver located within a cabin of the locomotive. The locomotive transceiver may receive a signal sent from the transmitter and may further send an emergency stop signal to a set of brakes on the locomotive to stop. The emergency stop signal may cause air to be released from the brake pipe, thereby applying the brakes and bringing the train to an immediate stop. The emergency action system enables crew members to stop a train or railcar without communication to the locomotive operator when a hazard is recognized.
