摘要: An acquirer acquires driving data of an electrically-powered moving body. A predictor predicts, based on the driving data of the electrically-powered moving body, an aging failure of an electromechanical transducer including a motor driving a driving wheel of the electrically-powered moving body and a drive circuit driving the motor. The driving data include an input voltage of the drive circuit, an input current of the drive circuit, a rotational speed of the motor driven by the drive circuit, and a rotational torque of the motor. The predictor predicts the aging failure of the electromechanical transducer based on a change of a value statistically representing a relationship between an input electric power of the drive circuit, obtained based on the input voltage and the input current of the drive circuit, and a shaft output power of the motor, obtained based on the rotational speed and the rotational torque of the motor.

摘要: One embodiment of the present disclose describes systems and methods responsible for reducing errors in a battery model used in the operation of a battery control system. The battery control system may operate based on a modeled response of the battery derived from the battery model. If the battery model is not calibrated/validated, errors in the battery model may propagate through the modeled response of the battery to the operation of the battery control system. A calibration current pulse may result in a different measured response of the battery than the modeled response of the battery to the same calibration current pulse. A validation technique, which uses a difference between the modeled response and the measured response of the battery to the calibration current pulse as a method to calibrate the battery model, may protect the battery control system from the contribution of errors from an uncalibrated battery model.

摘要: A system for assessment of a battery cell can include a testing platform, a conveying system, one or more ultrasound sources, one or more ultrasound sensors, and a control unit. The conveying system can move the battery cell to the testing platform for assessment and from the testing platform after the assessment. The control unit can control the one or more ultrasound sources and the one or more ultrasound sensors to perform the assessment. The assessment can include determining a state of the battery cell based on one or more signals generated by the one or more ultrasound sensors. The control unit can control the conveying system to direct the battery cell from the testing platform responsive to the assessment.

摘要: Provided is a circuit including a switching transistor having a control terminal configured to receive a control signal and having a current flow path therethrough. The switching transistor becomes conductive in response to the control signal having a first value. The current flow path through the switching transistor provides a current flow line between two nodes. In a non-conductive state, a voltage drop stress is across the switching transistor. The circuit comprises a sense transistor that is coupled to and a scaled replica of the switching transistor. The sense transistor has a sense current therethrough. The sense current is indicative of the current of the switching transistor. The circuit includes coupling circuitry configured to apply the voltage drop stress across the sense transistor in response to the switching transistor being non-conductive. In the non-conductive state, the voltage drop stress is replicated across both the switching transistor and the sense transistor.

摘要: A method is provided for managing energy. The method comprises collecting information relating to amounts of energy stored by a plurality of members of a group, and relating to energy requirements of the members. The method further comprises determining a price for distributing energy to a non-member of the group, determining whether to supply energy stored by the members to the non-member at the determined price, and issuing instructions to distribute energy upon determining that energy stored by the plurality of members should be supplied to the non-member.
