摘要: An anti-glare film is prepared which have an absolute value of a chromaticity b* of transmitted light being 15 or less and a haze being 30% or greater. In this anti-glare film, the absolute value of the chromaticity b* of transmitted light may be 3 or less and a 60° gloss may be 25% or less. The anti-glare film includes a transparent substrate layer, and an anti-glare layer formed on at least one surface of the transparent substrate layer. The anti-glare layer may be a cured product of a curable composition including one or more types of a polymer component and one or more types of a curable resin precursor component, and in particular, at least two components selected from a polymer component and a curable resin precursor component can be phase separated through liquid phase spinodal decomposition. This anti-glare film has little yellowness and high anti-glare properties.

The composite laminate includes an organic polymeric support, a layer and a first transparent organic polymeric substrate. The dielectric layer is disposed between the support and the substrate. The dielectric layer has a refractive index greater than the refractive index of the first substrate. The adhesive energy between the dielectric layer and the support is less than the adhesive energy between the dielectric layer and the substrate.

摘要: A composite silt fence configured for capturing pollutants in one embodiment comprises a silt fence fabric including i) a polymeric geotextile fabric particulate filtering layer defining the hydraulic flow capacity for the silt fence, ii) a pollutant capturing layer coupled to the polymeric geotextile fabric particulate filtering layer and configured to capture some select pollutants in water from flow that has passed through the polymeric geotextile fabric particulate filtering layer, and iii) a backing layer coupled to the pollutant capturing layer; and a plurality of stakes secured to the silt fence fabric at spaced locations. The silt fence fabric yields higher hydraulic flow than existing fence constructions with greater sediment retention and pollutant containment features.
