摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to an additive manufacturing system. The system can comprise a material supply module for melting and pressurizing a printing material; a micro-screw printing head comprising: a micro-screw comprising a threaded stem portion and a conical head portion, wherein the threaded stem portion is threaded throughout its length for volume measurement; a sleeve, and a nozzle, wherein a distal end of the nozzle comprises: a conical inner surface, and an outlet port for dispensing the print material, wherein the conical inner surface of the nozzle is configured to be in contact with the conical head portion of the micro-screw to stop dispensing the printing material at the nozzle when the micro-screw printing head is in a closed position; a driving module comprising: a rotation motor for driving a rotating motion of the micro-screw, and an actuator for driving a vertical motion of the micro-screw.

Magnetic particles or particles containing compounds that emit identifiable spectra, or combinations of multiple different magnetic and/or spectral emitting particles are embedded in the 3D object during formation. The particles can be added into the build material before construction, injected in a controlled manner into the 3D object during formation or added to the surface of the object during or after formation. The embedded material allows information regarding when and how the product was manufactured and the materials used to produce the product.

The print head may include an outlet configured to discharge a material in a trajectory along a central axis of the outlet; a compactor disposed downstream of the outlet relative to the trajectory and configured to press the material transversely against an adjacent surface, and a cutting module located between the outlet and the compactor. The compactor and the cutting module may be configured to move together relative to the outlet.

摘要: A device for additive manufacturing of a component on a work surface has a material dispensing unit for depositing a building material. The device has, moreover, an actuator assembly, to which the material dispensing unit is fastened, and which is configured to move the material dispensing unit relative to the work surface. The actuator assembly has at least one strut, along the longitudinal axis of which the material dispensing unit can be moved. At least one of the struts of the actuator assembly can be fastened for sufficient structural stability to a stand frame which is set up next to the work surface and is independent of the strut.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a 3D article includes providing a 3D printing system including a rigid base with a vertical beam, an elevator for translation along the vertical beam, the elevator containing an elevator actuator and a force sensor, a vertical movement mechanism, a build platform including a build plate having a lower surface, a build vessel containing photocurable resin, and a controller. The method includes loading the build platform onto the elevator, operating the vertical movement mechanism to translate the lower surface of the build plate through the resin, the photocurable resin exerting a torque upon the elevator, receiving a signal from the force sensor, operating the controller to compute a force-induced angular discrepancy between the lower surface of the build plate and the horizontal plane, and operating the elevator actuator according to the angular discrepancy to level the lower surface of the build plate.

摘要: A method of volumetric manufacturing a three-dimensional object or article by illuminating a non-transparent and/or absorptive photosensitive material with light patterns from multiple angles. The method including the steps of capturing at least one fluorescence or scattering snapshot for one or a set of different illuminating projected patterns in the said photo-sensitive material, obtaining therefrom at least one physical parameter describing the light propagation through the photosensitive material, and computing a set of optimized projected patterns with the aid of the at least one physical parameter. The optimized projected patterns are used for volumetric manufacturing the three-dimensional object or article. A device for performing the method is further described.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of 3D-printing a polymer-based structure comprising at least one polymer-based substructure. The method comprised the steps of depositing a photocurable resin onto a spinnable substrate, spin coating a layer comprising said photocurable resin on said spinnable substrate by spinning said spinnable substrate, and irradiating said layer, while spinning said spinnable substrate, at one or more selected positions with a light source to cure at least a portion of said layer, thereby forming a polymer-based substructure. A system for 3D-printing a polymer-based structure comprising at least one polymer-based substructure is further disclosed.

摘要: Systems and methods for improved volumetric additive manufacturing (VAM) are described herein. In some aspects of the present disclosure, approaches to VAM image-computation are provided that algebraically optimizes directly on the structure to be printed, instead of on the set of external projection images. These approaches provide multiple advantages including improved reconstruction fidelity, simplicity, flexibility, and robust convergence to a desirable reconstruction, regardless of initial image-set guess.
