摘要: A conveyor for transporting and elevating articles and a method and system for conveying articles up inclines is provided. The conveyor has a conveyor belt and a plurality of support elements extending outward from the article-conveying surface of the conveyor belt advancing upward along the incline. The conveyor may be positioned at an inclined angle relative to the horizontal ground, i.e., between about 5° and 85° or the conveyor can be substantially vertical, i.e., about 90° relative to the horizontal ground. The support elements prevent conveyed articles from sliding down the conveyor belt on the inclined conveyor and carry and hold articles on substantially vertical conveyors. The article-conveying surface of the conveyor belt may provide a low-friction retention surface to articles leaning away from the conveyor belt on the incline.

The device includes a sifting tray assembly and means for vibrating the screen of the sifting tray assembly for separating components and a cryogenic fluid source and injection system for freezing the small parts to the point where they are solid enough to pass through the screen without adhering to the screen. The method entails use of the system to separate small particles in sifting trays while spraying the stock with a cryogen such as liquid nitrogen.

摘要: A bulk sorting system for sorting objects in bulk is provided. The bulk sorting system includes: at least one radiation source arranged to radiate the objects, at least one optical sensor arranged to capture reflected radiation of the objects and acquire the reflected radiation as multi- or hyperspectral data; a processing circuit configured to analyze the reflected radiation of the objects by inputting the multi- or hyperspectral data into a convolutional neural network (CNN) with at least two convolutional layers in order to either detect and classify the objects in the multi- or hyperspectral data and/or semantically segment the multi- or hyperspectral data; and a mechanical sorter configured to sort the objects according to their classification and/or segmentation using the analysis of the processing circuit such that different overlapping and/or stacked objects are separated or treated as a single group of objects.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method and a device for non-destructive sorting of fertilization information of hatching eggs before incubation. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a first time sequence feature of hatching eggs and collecting spectrum data of the hatching eggs according to the first time sequence feature; preprocessing the spectrum data; selecting the preprocessed spectrum data to obtain a feature band; constructing a hatching egg classification neural network model and training the hatching egg classification neural network model; classifying the hatching egg information according to the feature band by using the trained hatching egg classification neural network model to obtain fertilization information; and obtaining a second time sequence feature of the hatching eggs, and sorting the hatching eggs. The present invention improves the precision of detecting the fertilization information of hatching eggs.
