摘要: A system for the functionalization of polyolefin fiber includes a reactor chamber, a fiber pulley system, and a precursor sprinkler system. The reactor chamber defines an interior reactor space and a plurality of fiber inlet/outlet pairs positioned at opposite ends of respective fiber processing axes. The fiber pulley system is arranged to direct polyolefin fiber through the plurality of fiber inlet/outlet pairs, along a fiber processing path comprising the respective fiber processing axes. The precursor sprinkler system is operable to aerosolize a precursor solution and contact the aerosolized precursor solution with the polyolefin fiber. A method for functionalizing polyolefin fiber includes aerosolizing the precursor solution to form an aerosolized precursor solution, passing polyolefin fiber along the fiber pulley system into the reactor chamber, contacting the polyolefin fiber with the aerosolized precursor solution, and passing functionalized polyolefin fiber out of the interior reactor space of the reactor chamber.

摘要: A coating apparatus for double-sidedly coating a porous web with a dope, includes: (i) a slot-die coating head comprising an upper lip, a lower lip and a slot between the upper lip and the lower lip, (ii) a counter element arranged opposite the lower lip across a reference plane, (iii) a slit defined between the lower lip and the counter element for passing a porous web therebetween, the slot opening up towards the slit, and (iv) a web positioning element. The web positioning element is the upper lip of the slot-die coating head. The upper lip protrudes up to the reference plane so that there is an offset between the upper lip and the lower lip, or a spacing structure on the counter element. The spacing structure protrudes up to the reference plane so that there is an offset between the spacing structure and the counter element.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a unit cell having a negative electrode, a separator, and a positive electrode are stacked and placed between guide rollers. One of the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The separator is coated with a binder, and the separator is dipped in a solvent to soften a cured binder before the separator is put between the guide rollers. An apparatus for manufacturing a unit cell includes a reservoir in which at least two or more transfer rollers that rotate while the separator passes therethrough are mounted, and a solvent is stored at a predetermined level; and a chamber into which the separator passing through a reservoir is put together with the positive electrode and the negative electrode. Guide rollers are disposed so that the negative electrode and the positive electrode move to both surfaces of the separator, respectively.

In certain embodiments, pressurization systems, methods, and apparatuses are used in conjunction with coating systems, methods, and apparatuses to control pressure about a substrate after a coating material is applied to a surface of the substrate. An exemplary system includes a die tool configured to apply a coating material to a substrate passing through the die tool and a pressurization apparatus attached to the die tool and forming a pressurization chamber. The pressurization apparatus is configured to receive the substrate from the die tool and control pressure about the substrate in the pressurization chamber. In certain embodiments, the die tool forms a coating chamber and is configured to apply the coating material on at least one surface of the substrate in the coating chamber.

摘要: An optical fiber re-coating device of the invention includes an optical fiber coater that cures resin and coats a coating-removed portion of an optical fiber therewith. The optical fiber re-coating device includes: a resin reservoir tank that stores the resin which is before subjected to curing; a pump that supplies the resin stored in the resin reservoir tank to an optical fiber coater; and an air bubble separator that separates air bubbles included in the resin from the pump therefrom, sends the resin from which the air bubbles are separated to the optical fiber coater, and returns the resin including the separated air bubbles to the resin reservoir tank.

摘要: An automatic processing device of a carbon fiber tube includes a polishing device, a washing device, a first drying device, a printing device, a painting device and a second drying device centrally disposed along an identical axis in sequence to form an automatic production line. The polishing device includes feeding mechanisms disposed on two sides of a frame respectively and a positioning-polishing mechanism disposed between the feeding mechanisms. The printing device includes a supporting mechanism and a rolling-printing mechanism mounted on the frame. The disclosure aims at providing an automatic processing device of a carbon fiber tube and a processing method thereof, combining the polishing device, the printing device and the painting device as a whole. Separate processes such as polishing, printing and painting of the conventional carbon fiber tube are integrated to achieve the automatic production in the production line, which can significantly speed up the schedule.
