摘要: A solid-state electromagnetic rotor, including a plurality of salient pole pieces arranged around a supporting structure, wherein a first end of each salient pole piece is attached to the support structure and a second end of each salient pole piece points outward away from the supporting structure. The wires wound around each salient pole piece, wherein when the wires of the plurality of salient pole pieces are sequentially excited by an excitation circuit. The salient pole pieces are energized to provide a moving polar magnetic field in the form of distinct magnetic poles as desired to accomplish power generation.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a common mode filter that includes a winding core part including first to third winding areas and first and second wires wound in a same direction around the winding core part and crossing each other in the third winding area. The first wire is aligned and wound in the first and second winding areas, and the second wire is aligned and wound on the first wire in the first and second winding areas, whereby a plurality of winding blocks are formed. The winding blocks include a first winding block positioned in the first winding area and second and third winding blocks positioned in the second winding area. 摘要: Various embodiments are described herein for a double-rotor switched reluctance machine with segmented rotors. In one example embodiment, the double-rotor switched reluctance machine comprises an interior rotor, an exterior rotor spaced from the interior rotor and concentrically disposed outside the interior rotor, and at least one stator disposed concentrically with the interior rotor and the exterior rotor. The interior rotor, the exterior rotor and the at least one stator are disposed within one machine set to provide an interior switched reluctance machine and an exterior switched reluctance machine. In the various embodiments described herein, at least one of the interior rotor and the exterior rotor comprises an array of magnetically isolated segments and filler segments. The interior switched reluctance machine and the exterior switched reluctance machine can operate as two motors, two generators, or a motor and a generator simultaneously.

摘要: A magnetic energy harvesting and scavenging circuit includes a first substrate having a first surface and a second surface. An energy harvesting and scavenging coil is formed proximate the first surface. An electromechanical systems device, which may be a MEMS device, includes a moveable mass that extends over the first surface of the first substrate and may be displaced relative to the substrate in three dimensions responsive to an external force applied to the moveable mass. The movable mass includes at least one permanent magnet that is magnetically coupled to the energy harvesting and scavenging coil. Energy harvesting and scavenging circuitry, which may be formed in the first substrate where the first substrate is a semiconductor chip, is electrically coupled to the energy harvesting and scavenging coil and generates electrical energy due to magnetic flux variation through the energy harvesting and scavenging coil responsive to movement of the moveable mass.
