Abstract: The present invention involves in the technical field of resolver transformers, specifically in a motor-integrated resolver transformer simulation device and the simulation method thereof. The present invention obtains the current sinusoidal and cosinusoidal signals of a motor module through a resolver transformer module provided therein, and compare them with the excitation signals inputted by a motor controller, so as to determine whether the resolving circuit of the motor controller is faulty, and, by improving the brush device of the motor module, the service life of the motor module is increased and the testing cost is reduced.

Abstract: A DC motor is configured so that, while either one of a pair of power feeding brushes makes contact with two commutator segments, the other makes contact with only one of two commutator segments. The DC motor is further provided with: a plurality of coils; a filter unit; and a calculation unit. The number of turns of a predetermined coil among the plurality of coils is different from the numbers of turns of the other coils. The filter unit allows the passing of the waveform of current generated on the basis of the fact that the numbers of turns are different from each other, and interrupts the waveform of current generated at the switching of the states of the contacts of the power feeding brushes to the commutator segments. The calculation unit calculates a rotational speed from the waveform passed through the filter unit.

Abstract: A high-voltage accumulator module having a multiplicity of battery cells arranged in a honeycombed parallel- and series connection assembly (for example, “honeycomb”). The gaps between the battery cells are filled with a thermally and electrically conductive potting compound. The battery cells are electrically insulated with respect to the potting compound. The potting compound is connected to an energy source via electrically conductive fixing elements that protrude into the potting compound and via two pole connections in such a way that a current flow through the potting compound which is as homogenous as possible is achieved. The two pole connections, for example, in the form of metal plates, may be fastened to the potting compound over a large surface area and in close electrical contact therewith by the fixing elements. The fixing elements may protrude as deep as possible into the potting compound in the form of strips or pins and may contain barbs.

Abstract: A motor includes a rotating shaft, an armature core, a plurality of coils, a commutator and a pair of brushes. The plurality of coils include three or more coil pairs each of which consists of a pair of coils configured to be point-symmetrical with respect to a rotation center axis. Abstract: Provided is a permanent magnet brush micromotor and an assembly method thereof. Its upper stator bracket and lower stator bracket are designed to fit together, and the concave parts of the upper stator bracket and lower stator bracket are matched to form a complete mounting cavity for mounting a motor shaft, core winding, bearings and commutator. The core winding, bearings and commutator are installed on the motor shaft to form a mover assembly, and then the mover assembly is installed in the concave part of the lower stator bracket. And, two bearings are fixed or pressed on the same component, so that the concentricity and coaxiality of the bearings can be ensured, the compression of the central biasing force is avoided during assembly.
