A radio base station may include a buffer holding communication data for transmission to a terminal, an extractor extracting a communication request signal from a received signal, and a scheduler controlling transmission of the communication data based on an output signal of the extractor. Also a scheduler, upon detection of a hand-over request, controls transmission so as to preferentially perform the data transmission by raising an order of the data transmission for a hand-over terminal before hand-over.

    摘要: A photographic element is disclosed comprising a support bearing at least one light sensitive silver halide emulsion layer comprising a dispersion of a dye-forming coupler and a water-insoluble polymer, wherein the polymer has a glass transition temperature of less than 75.degree. C. and is formed from at least 30 wt % monomer units which provide the polymer with functional groups that are hydrogen bond donors. The combination of such relatively low T.sub.g polymers with couplers in photographic elements leads to both decreased pressure sensitivity and improved image-dye light stability, as well as a decreased tendency toward dye smear or thermal induced change. The advantages of the invention are particularly useful for yellow coupler dispersions used in photographic color paper elements on reflective supports, although they will also be useful for motion picture print film and other projection or display films on transparent or diffuse supports.

    摘要: This invention describes a process of coprecipitating a photographic material such as a dye-forming coupler inside a base ionizable polymeric particle. Preparation of such a dispersion is performed by providing a first flow comprising a solution of a surfactant in water containing a polymer ionizable by base, providing a second flow comprising a water miscible solvent, base, water, and the photographic material, then mixing the said first and said second flow and immediately neutralizing the mixed flow to precipitate the photographic material inside the polymer particles forming a fine particle colloidal dispersion of the photographic material. The polymer dispersions of the invention are characterized by high photographic activity and high dye-stability in some cases.
