Abstract:
When being blended particularly in a color toner, a barium titanate external additive for toner enhances the toner fluidity, electrical properties, and other relevant performance; concurrently achieves high image density and reduced background fog in a color printer using the toner; and further retains high image quality even under a high-temperature high-humidity environment and a low-temperature low-humidity environment. An industrially advantageous producing method of the barium titanate external additive for toner is also provided. The external additive for toner of the present invention includes spherical barium titanate having undergone coating treatment with a hydrophobicizing agent.
Abstract:
A transfer material colored to a predetermined color is used when images are formed on a transfer material for use in thermal transfer comprising a substrate and a dye receiving layer by a thermal transfer process. When images are formed by an optional image forming method such as silver salt photographic process, ink jet process or thermal transfer process, a transfer material having sepia tone is used in each of the image forming processes thereby forming sepia tone images. Images having unique appearance can be formed easily upon forming images by a thermal transfer process. Images of sepia tone can be formed safely and conveniently.

The method of producing a colored film from an exposed black-and-white picture and especially from an exposed black-and-white motion picture film wherein a black-and-white image is projected onto a surface, opaque pastel colors are applied within selected areas of the projected image and the reflected colored composite, of the opaque pastel colors and the black-and-white image superimposed thereon, is then photographed with color-sensitive film.

A presensitized photographic speed light sensitive sheet structure suitable for producing a dry transfer element, comprising a substrate having a release coating thereon, and overlying the release coating a photo-sensitive layer comprising a silver halide emulsion. After light exposure to an original and development, the remaining silver image portions have a greater adhesion for a receptor surface when applied thereto under pressure than the adhesion of the indicia to the substrate under like pressure.
