Abstract: A process for removing or reducing the accumulation of fouling deposits within furnaces and heat exchangers in industrial systems by introducing a periodic steam blast. The steam blast is directed into the process fluid from which fouling deposits precipitate onto the heat exchanger surfaces. The steam blast increases the flow rates, creates turbulence and increases the temperature within the heat exchanger to dislodge foulant in both soft and hardened states from internal surfaces upon which foulants have adhered and accumulated.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a high-efficiency heat exchanger for a temperature control system of a fuel cell and a processing device thereof. The processing device includes a frame body and a power box. A bottom of the frame body is fixed to the ground by screws, and the power box is arranged at a side of the frame body for intelligent control. A displacement screw is arranged on a top of the frame body, and a sliding block driven by electricity is arranged on a surface of the displacement screw. Two ends of the displacement screw are respectively provided with a limit switch for controlling a limit position of the sliding block. A drive motor is arranged on a surface of the sliding block, and a displacement sensor is arranged on one side surface of the sliding block.

Abstract: A heatsink comprising a heat exchange device having a plurality of heat exchange elements each having a surface boundary with respect to a heat transfer fluid, having successive elements or regions having varying size scales. According to one embodiment, an accumulation of dust or particles on a surface of the heatsink is reduced by a removal mechanism. The mechanism can be thermal pyrolysis, vibration, blowing, etc. In the case of vibration, adverse effects on the system to be cooled may be minimized by an active or passive vibration suppression system.

Abstract: A method of cleaning an HVAC coil unit located above a drain basin. One step of the method involves providing a supply and collection assembly having a reservoir containing liquid cleaning solution, a pump operative to output the liquid cleaning solution through a supply outlet, and a vacuum source operative to draw in used liquid cleaning solution through a collection inlet. According to another step, a nozzle device in fluid communication with the supply outlet is also provided, the nozzle device having a delivery face. A further step involves providing a fluid return tool in fluid communication with the collection inlet, and positioning the fluid return tool in the drain basin. According to a further step, the delivery face of the nozzle device is moved across a surface of the HVAC coil unit to deliver the cleaning solution into areas between fins thereof.
