摘要: A method for operating a waste heat steam generator, in particular one designed according to the forced flow principle, having an evaporator, through which a flow medium flows; an economizer having a number of economizer heating surfaces, and having a bypass line, which on the flow medium side is connected in parallel to a number of economizer heating surfaces. A variable that is characteristic of the heat energy supplied to the waste heat steam generator for controlling or regulating the flow rate of the bypass line is used, wherein the regulating or controlling of the flow rate of the flow medium through the bypass line takes place at the inlet of the evaporator subject to a supercooling target value. The regulating or controlling of the flow rate of the flow medium through the bypass line also takes place at the outlet of the evaporator subject to an overheating target value.

The water supply control part is configured to control supply of the water to be heated from the water supply inlet so that an outlet temperature being a temperature of the water to be heated at the water supply outlet is at a set temperature.

摘要: A feed-water discharge side of a condenser is connected to a feed-water entry side of an flue gas cooler through a bypass line provided with a steam production preventive pump and with an inlet cutoff valve. A feed-water discharge side of the flue gas cooler is connected to the feed-water entry side of the condenser through a steam production preventive water circulation line provided with an outlet cutoff valve. When a boiler feed-water pump is stopped in boiler fuel cutoff, the inlet and outlet cutoff valves are opened and the steam production preventive pump is activated to cause water to flow through the bypass line into the flue gas cooler, is returned through the steam production preventive water circulation line to the condenser and is circulated.

摘要: A recovery system of waste heat from flue gas. The system includes a first heat exchanger and a second exchanger. The first heat exchanger includes a heat absorption section, a heat release section, and a first pipeline. The second heat exchanger includes a second pipeline including an inlet header and an outlet header. The system further includes a third pipeline. The first heat exchanger is disposed at a relatively high temperature side of a flue, the second heat exchanger is disposed at a relatively low temperature side of the flue, and the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are connected by the third pipeline. The heat absorption section and the heat release section are connected by the first pipeline to form a circulation loop; the heat absorption section is disposed in the flue; the heat release section is disposed in the third pipeline.

摘要: A once-through steam generator has both radiant and convection sections. The flue gases discharged from the convection section are passed through a wet scrubber to remove both sulfur oxides (SO.sub.x) and particulate matter. The feedwater to the convection section has its temperature controlled by the temperature of the flue gases discharged from the convection section, reducing the temperature of the feedwater by the use of a feedwater exchanger, as the convection section progressively fouls due to particulates in the flue gases. An additional heat exchanger upstream of the feedwater exchanger and convection section which scavenges additional heat from the wet scrubber liquids while the temperature of the flue gases into the scrubber are lowered to a temperature equal to or less than the water dew point temperature of the flue gases entering the scrubber.

摘要: The steam generator includes means for limiting the heat absorption of the economizer 28 during start-up and low load operation. An air bypass duct 54 is located to convey air from cold air duct 46 at a location between forced draft fan 44 and air heater 40 to the gas duct 38. The air is introduced upstream of economizer 28 where it mixes with hot flue gases to reduce the temperature of gas flowing through the economizer. Control dampers 56 are operated to maintain the desired temperature at the economizer outlet 30.

摘要: An improved arrangement for preheating feedwater in a steam boiler system prior to the feedwater entering a fuel economizer in order to prevent corrosion due to condensation of flue gas in the fuel economizer and in the exhaust of the boiler system. The feedwater, prior to entering the fuel economizer, is heated in a preheater with a portion of steam from a boiler. The amount of steam entering the preheater is regulated by two temperature control valves. A first temperature control valve is regulated by the temperature of the feedwater prior to entering the fuel economizer. A second temperature control valve is regulated by the temperature of the flue gas in the boiler exhaust stack.
