摘要: The invention relates to energy, in particular for the system of separation and superheating of steam for nuclear power plant turbines. The invention is aimed at solving the problem of reducing the mass and dimension parameters while maintaining the efficiency of heat exchange.The task in the claimed invention is solved by the fact that both tube banks of the first and second superheating stages are rotated vertically at the same height in such a way that they form between them and the inside of the housing two segmental inlet headers, a wedged outlet header with an angle of turn from 10° to 90°, and the steam outlet nozzle is located in a vertical case opposite the wedged outlet header. The actual reduction in mass and dimension parameters is 18-25%, which allows using this solution in compact systems for steam separation and superheating.

摘要: A chemical recovery boiler (100), including a furnace (1), comprising a front wall (2), a back wall (3), and the back wall (3) comprising a nose arch (4). The boiler further comprises at least one superheater (5) arranged in upper part of the furnace (1), and a screen pipe system (6), comprising an obliquely arranged screen pipe section (7) positioned before/under the at least one superheater (5) in the furnace (1). The obliquely arranged screen pipe section (7) comprises screen pipes (8) ascending (i) either from the front wall (2) to the back wall (3), and arranged to turn back in a turn (13) from the back wall (3) and extend obliquely upwards from the back wall (3), or (ii) from the back wall (3) to the front wall (2), and arranged to turn back in a turn (13) from the front wall (2) and extend obliquely upwards from the front wall (2). The screen pipe system (6) further comprises a vertically arranged screen pipe section (9) extending from the obliquely arranged screen pipe section (7). The screen pipes (8) of the vertically arranged screen pipe section (9) are arranged to extend parallel with the at least one superheater (5) in upper part of the furnace (1).

摘要: A superheated-steam heating nozzle is provided that includes: first-fourth steam pipes concentrically disposed from inside to outside; an outlet connection is provided to the outlet side of the superheated-steam heating nozzle and receives steam from the first steam pipe; a blow-out nozzle is connected to the outlet connection; multiple electric heaters disposed in the gap between the second steam pipe and the third steam pipe and whose sealed sections at the tips traverse a temperature-rise-prevention section and protrude towards the superheated-steam heating nozzle; a first loop-back section on the outlet side connects the gap between the third steam pipe and the fourth steam pipe with the gap between the first steam pipe and the second steam pipe; and a second loop-back section on the inlet side connects the gap between the first steam pipe and the second steam pipe with the inside of the first steam pipe.

摘要: A continuous steam generator including a combustion chamber with a plurality of burners for fossil fuel is provided. A vertical gas duct is connected downstream of the combustion chamber on the hot gas side, in an upper region via a horizontal gas duct. The outside wall of the combustion chamber is formed from evaporation pipes which are welded together in a gas-tight manner and mounted upstream of a water separator system on the flow medium side and from superheater pipes which are welded together in a gas-tight manner and mounted downstream of the water separator system. The water separator system includes a plurality of water separation elements, each element includes an inlet tube which is connected to the respective upstream evaporation for tubes, which extend into a water evacuation tube. A distributer element is arranged on the evaporator side between the respective water separator element and the inlet collector.
