Abstract: Disclosed is a secondary combustion structure of a smokeless stove. The secondary combustion structure includes: a stove body, a combustion disc and an inner wall arranged in the stove body, several separated first ventilation holes are provided in the combustion disc, a heating chamber is defined by the inner wall and the stove body, several second ventilation holes are provided in the inner wall, and an air inlet hole is further provided in the stove body. With the design, heated air flows out of the second ventilation holes to support combustion of combustible gas, further secondary combustion is achieved, a combustible is combusted more sufficiently, and smoke is reduced; and moreover, a top of the stove body is inclined towards the inner wall, so as to increase a flow speed of the heated gas, and increase a fire behavior of the combustible.

Abstract: A floor and an upright sidewall formed from two vertically coaxial components, each component having a floor baffle with a plurality of floor openings defined therein, each floor retained within a respective upright sidewall with a plurality of sidewall openings defined therein. The floor openings and the sidewall openings cooperate between the two coaxial components such that flow of gases through the floor and upright sidewall of the baffle structure is controlled by rotation of the two vertically coaxial components relative to one another.

Abstract: A smoker configured to infuse smoke into flavor and/or taste of a beverage or food includes a body member having a through bore extending from a first end of the body member to an opposite second end of the body member in a first direction and an insert configured to be received in the through bore at the first end and retained by the through bore at a position between the first end and the second end. The through bore and the insert are configured to define a chamber for receiving a combustible material between the insert and the first end, the through bore is configured to permit a flow of smoke from the combustible material out the through bore at the second end of the body member, and the second end of the body member is configured to rest on a rim of a container to block the flow of air from the container where a surface of the second end of the body member contacts the rim.

Abstract: A boiler system comprises a housing with a generally cylindrical shape extends between first and second walls to provide a generally cylindrical space. A fire tube is positioned near a bottom of the generally cylindrical housing and extends longitudinally from a first wall of the cylindrical housing to a fire tube end wall. The boiler system also includes a burner with a generally cylindrical housing which defines a generally cylindrical chamber and an end plate. The burner extends into the fire tube, and the fire tube provides a combustion chamber where combustion of an air-fuel mixture is accomplished using the burner. The end plate of the burner is adjustable so as to adjust the flame that extends from within the burner housing into the fire tube.

Abstract: A non-bypassable catalyst assisted appliance includes, for example, a housing having a combustion chamber therein. The housing has a loading door opening coverable by a door for loading fuel into the combustion chamber, an air inlet opening for receiving an air supply to the combustion chamber, and an exit opening connectable to a flue. A catalyst combustor is disposed between the combustion chamber and the exit opening. When the door of the non-bypassable catalyst assisted appliance is disposed in a closed position covering the loading door opening, gas from the combustion chamber is directed through the catalyst combustor, and out the flue. When the door of the non-bypassable catalyst assisted appliance is disposed in an open position allowing loading of fuel through the loading door opening to the combustion chamber, ambient air entering the loading door opening and gas from the combustion chamber are directed through the catalyst combustor, and out the flue.

Abstract: A process of making a fuel product from spent grain from a beer brewing process. In the brewing process, the grain is pulverized to a particle size whose mean particle size is approximately 0.25 mm to 0.6 mm with less than 1% greater than 2 mm. After the brewing sugars are extracted from the grain, the spent grain is pressed against a filter to reduce moisture below sixty-five percent (65%), and then the grain is dried to further reduce its moisture to less than ten percent (10%). The dried spent grain, after the aforementioned processing, is fed into a combustion chamber for a steam boiler that is used for beer brewing, and the spent grain is separated during combustion by agitation such as spraying of the grain in the combustion chamber.
