    Abstract: Systems and methods of the inventive subject matter are directed to components that are used to form lengths of conduit. Such a system can include a male component and a female component, where the male component has a male conical tapered surface on a threaded end and the female component comprises a female conical tapered surface on a threaded end. A B nut can be slid over the male component so a sleeve can be screwed onto the threaded end of the male component, and the B nut can then screw onto the threaded end of the female component, thereby pulling on the sleeve to bring the male component and the female component toward each other. Systems of the inventive subject matter are made from non-metal materials such as machinable ceramics, plastics, polymers, and the like.

    Abstract: A fluid conduit assembly is provided that includes a first conduit coupler, a second conduit coupler and a lock. The second conduit coupler is mated with the first conduit coupler at a threaded interface. The lock is configured to rotationally fix the first conduit coupler with the second conduit coupler. The lock includes a flange, a clip and a fastener. The flange is arranged with the first conduit coupler. The flange is configured with a plurality of flange apertures arranged circumferentially about an axis of the first conduit coupler. The clip is arranged with the second conduit coupler. The clip is configured with a clip aperture. The fastener is mated with the clip aperture and any one of the plurality of flange apertures.

    Abstract: Provided is a joint structure with which a pipe can be disconnected without moving the pipe in a longitudinal direction thereof, even if the pipe is not machined. A first sleeve 2 has an inner cavity into which a pipe 100 is inserted, and one end part of the first sleeve comes into contact with a joint body 1. A second sleeve 3 has a hole into which the pipe 100 is inserted, and one end part of the second sleeve comes into contact with the other end part of the first sleeve. A nut 4 covers one end part of the joint body 1, the first sleeve 2, and the second sleeve 3, and the nut is threaded onto the joint body in a state of pressing against the surface of the second sleeve 3 on the side opposite from the first sleeve 2.

    Abstract: A connector device has male and female parts with respective coaxial passageways. An external screwthread of a collet engages an internal screwthread on the female part and relative rotation between those screwthreads causes engagement of the female and male parts. A slot in the collet extends longitudinally and is open at both ends to enable the collet to be splayed as a split collet. A wedge located between the male part and the collet is displaceable longitudinally to splay the collet and lock the male and female parts in a sealing engagement. The connector includes a ring surrounding the end of the collet remote from the engagement between the male and female parts to resist splaying of the collet at that end. The connector without the male and female parts may also be used for connecting other such male and female parts.

    Abstract: A connecting device for pipelines or hose lines with a threaded body and with a pipe-like end piece which can be inserted into a receptacle formed on the threaded body and which can be fitted therein by means of a swivel nut screwed onto the threaded body, wherein the receptacle of the threaded body has the shape of a widening cone and the circumferential surface of the end piece that engages in the receptacle has a conical design, is characterized in that the circumferential surface (12) of the threaded body (10) that bears the external thread (30) has, in the direction of the front end of said surface, an inclined profile directed opposite to the cone of the receptacle (11), and the swivel nut (17) has, with its surface (18) bearing the internal thread (31), a profile complementary thereto, and the external thread (30) and internal thread (31) are designed as tapered threads in such a way that a radial force emanating from the tapered thread with the swivel nut (17) screwed on is directed opposite to the radial force exerted, with the connecting device mounted, by the conical end piece (13) onto the receiving cone (11) formed in the threaded body (10).
