    摘要: A sheave (100) for a passenger conveyor system is provided. The sheave (100) comprises a sheave axis (150) about which the sheave (100) rotates; a cylindrical sleeve (105); and a bearing (120a, 120b) centred on and arranged to rotate about the sheave axis (150). The cylindrical sleeve (105) includes an outer surface (110) including a groove (155) arranged to receive a belt; and an inner surface (115) defining a cylindrical cavity (122) centred on the sheave axis (150). The bearing (120a, 120b) includes an outer race (125a), an inner race (130a) and one or more rolling elements (135a) therebetween, wherein the outer race (125a) comprises a protrusion (140) arranged to hold the bearing (120a, 120b) within the cylindrical cavity (122) due to engagement between the protrusion (140) and the inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve (115).

A driven pulley has a radially outer portion, a radially inner portion, and a connection portion that connects the radially outer portion and the radially inner portion to each other. The radially inner portion is provided with a plurality of slits at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. A plurality of retention portions are provided at portions of the radially inner portion between the slits. Lug portions are provided on the inner surface of the distal ends of the retention portions. A groove is provided in the outer peripheral surface of a ball screw nut. The lug portions of the retention portions are fitted with the groove of the ball screw nut.

    摘要: A high torque sprocket includes a body defining an outer periphery and a hub section defining an inner surface for engaging a bushing. A continuous toothed structure is disposed on the outer periphery of the body, and a textile reinforcement embedded in the body adjacent the inner surface of the hub section. The body is formed of a castable polymer material. In some cases, one or two optional flanges are disposed on side(s) of the body immediately adjacent the continuous toothed structure, in some aspects, a textile reinforcement may be embedded in a surface of the flange(s) immediately adjacent the continuous toothed structure. In some aspects, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is incorporated into the castable polymer material mixture in an amount suitable to provide increased durability to the sprocket.

Moreover, the depth h in the radial direction of the concave sections 17a and the diameter D of the circumscribed circle of the tip end surfaces 22 of the convex sections 18a are regulated so as to satisfy the relationship 0.004 D≦h≦0.015 D, and the length L in the circumferential direction of the bottom surface 21 of the concave sections 17a is regulated within the range 0.01 D≦L≦0.03 D.

A sleeve unit (30) is integral with the inner bearing ring (12). The sleeve unit includes one or more rigid tubular spacers (31, 32) and a central, plastic tubular core (33). The spacers (31, 32) are axially aligned with the inner bearing ring (12) and abut against one or both of the opposite sides (14, 15) of the inner bearing ring (12). The central tubular core (33) is overmolded into and axially extending along radially inner cylindrical surfaces (16, 34, 35) of both the inner bearing ring (12) and tubular spacer(s) (31, 32).

    摘要: There is provided a power transmission apparatus for a compressor used in an air conditioner for a vehicle. In the power transmission apparatus, a damper 20 is mounted to one side of a pulley 40 rotated by a driving power transmitted from an engine. In the damper 20, an elastic portion 21 is formed between an outer ring 23 and an inner ring 25, wherein a mounting flange 23a of the outer ring 23 is coupled to the pulley 40 and a mounting flange 25a of the inner ring 25 is coupled to a limiter 10. The limiter 10 has a plate shape and comprises: a middle portion 11 in a ring shape, an outside portion 12 in a ring shape around the edge of the middle portion 11, and a neck portion 13 connecting the middle portion 11 and the outside portion 12. Upon overload, the neck portion 13 is broken. The middle portion 11 of the limiter 10 is coupled to a hub 30, and the hub 30 penetrates the center of the inner ring 25 and is coupled to the limiter 10 between the damper 20 and the pulley 40.
