    摘要: A linear guide device comprises a guide rail (10) with a longitudinal axis (12) and at least one guideway (16), as well as a runner carriage (14) guided at the guideway (16), in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The guideway (16) is covered before and after the runner carriage (14) in the direction of the longitudinal axis (12) substantially over its entire length by a cover strip (56) which in one embodiment lies against two cover strip contact zones (58), disposed on both sides of the guideway (16), of the guide rail (10). The guideway (16) and the cover strip contact zones (58) are in particular formed at a rail body of the guide rail (10) which is of a uniform base material. The cover strip (56) protects the guideway (10) against contaminants which may cause damage to the guideway (16) and impair the smooth running and guide precision of the runner assembly (14) on the guide rail (10).

    摘要: The present invention relates to an improved structure of an automobile center lock driving apparatus, and in particular to an center lock driving apparatus having an inertia gear module. The driving apparatus comprises a driving pull-rod, a transmission gear, an inertia clutching gear, an active gear and a motor. The apparatus provides a solution to wear of the gears, dislocation of the gears, and “dead lock” of the driving pull-rod, and gear damages as a result of shock caused by dislocation of transmission gear modules. At instantaneous driving, the driving pull-rod can be driven more smoothly and stable as a result of the inertia gap between the gear modules.

    摘要: A hollow rack shaft is produced by forming a plate work piece and has continuous metal flow along the contour of rack teeth surface without being cut. A series of wave-like concave-convex sections is formed on the inner surface of the shaft. Thickness of tooth body and tooth bottom of the rack teeth is adjusted by dimensions of the unevenness. Thereby, stress concentration at each point of the rack shaft is prevented and the shaft is strengthened and its weight reduced.

The assembly (14) has a track assembly (16) mounted to a vehicle body (10) at a predetermined height and a drive mechanism (18) mounted to the sliding side door (12) so as to be proximate to a door latching mechanism (19). The drive mechanism (18) has an input drive motor (22) driving an output gear assembly (24) engaging the track assembly (16) and a transmission gear assembly (23) with a sliding gear (50) which selectively couples the input drive motor (22) and an input gear assembly (23) to the output gear assembly (24) between an engaged position for driving movement or disengaged position for manual movement of the sliding side door (12). In this way, the slide side door (12) may be moved manually between open and closed positions without having to overcome the effort required of rotating the drive motor (22).

    摘要: A reciprocal force outputting mechanism having a body having a slide slot that contains a slide block, thereby providing for the linear, reciprocal movement of the slide block within the slide slot. The slide block has an elongated opening formed centrally and a row of teeth are disposed along each of the two facing sides the said elongated opening, with a stem extending from one end of the said slide block inserted through a guide hole of the body. A fan-shaped gear is secured onto a power output shaft that rotates it. When the fan-shaped gear revolves and its teeth are respectively enmeshed with a row of teeth, the slide block is brought into reciprocal motion, causing the reciprocal movement of the stem which serves as a means of outputting force.

    摘要: A gear for use as the pinion in a rack and pinion gear includes spur gear teeth that have an upper portion of the face cut in a worm cut so the gear is effective as a worm wheel for a worm gear while retaining involute curved faces so it is effective as the pinion for the rack. The rack, pinion, and worm driver are connected. When the worm gear connected to a shaft, power is transmitted from the shaft to the rack via the worm driver and pinion with all gears making line contact instead of point contact. This improvement turns one gear piece into two gears. The rack pinion can be geared to a worm gear while it is also matched up with a straight cut rack. In this way the gear translates force between the two different types of gears.
