    摘要: The present invention relates to a device which applies work to the outside with environmental thermal energy, including a positive feedback heat pump system and a reciprocating multi-stage heat exchange working system. A high temperature heat source and a low temperature heat source are produced using a positive feedback heat pump, and at the same time the reciprocating multistage heat exchange working device applies work with heat energy and cold energy. As we can get several times of heat energy and cold energy when a certain amount of electric energy is consumed by a heat pump, and the thermal efficiency of the reciprocating multistage heat exchange working system is 100% theoretically, so we can get several times of electric energy. That is to say, its output is much bigger than its input, and the device can run without electric energy input, and provide electric energy to the outside.

    摘要: An improved runaway control for an air motor operable on increase in speed of the air motor above a speed limit stop the motor. The control includes a pressure-responsive device having an air chamber for air under pressure. Further provided is a movable member which moves away from a first position in response to increase in air pressure in the chamber above a predetermined limit to a second position, and movable back to the first position on reduction of pressure in the chamber below the limit. The movable member, when in its first position, enables the operation of the air motor, and when in its second position, cuts off the operation of the motor. An air pump is interconnected with the air motor for operation simultaneously with the motor for delivering air under pressure at a rate related to the speed of the motor to the chamber. On increase in speed of the motor above the speed limit, the pump delivers air under pressure at an increased rate to the chamber over and above the capability of a bleed to bleed off the increase, and on ensuing increase in air pressure in the chamber above the limit, the movable member moves to its the second position to cut off the motor.

    摘要: A pumping apparatus for pumping liquids such as slurrys comprises a pumping cylinder/piston (6,8) driven by the piston/cylinder (16,18) of an operating device, the supply of fluid under pressure either to an upper port (16a) of the cylinder (16), or the lower port (16b) of the cylinder, being controlled by valve mechanism (28). The valve mechanism is moved between two conditions, in which it supplies fluid under pressure to one or other of said ports consequent upon the arrival of a member (20) connecting the two pistons (8,18) at one or other of its extreme positions of movement. Alternatively, or in addition, the fluid pressure circuit powering the operating device includes a regenerative branch, through which fluid under pressure flows from the low pressure side of the operating device directly back to the high pressure line of the fluid circuit, upstream of the motor supplying fluid under pressure. In this manner, the apparatus can operate both at an initial high speed, under relatively low resistance to pumping, while utilizing a power source which is smaller than would otherwise be required. In this manner, not only is a saving of energy obtained, but (because of a reduction of work done on the fluid) water cooling of the fluid circuit may be dispensed with.

    摘要: A hydraulically operated vibration exciter for a vibrating compactor of the kind comprising a piston in a cylinder, the piston and cylinder being arranged to move to and fro relative to each other, a source of liquid under pressure, a pressure line connecting the source to the cylinder and means for causing the liquid to move to and fro between the source and the cylinder to bring about the relative movement between the piston and cylinder is cooled by a method in which, during the relative movement, a quantity of the liquid is withdrawn from the cylinder and this quantity is not returned to the cylinder in the subsequent stroke, but is replaced by a fresh quantity of liquid at a lower temperature. To enable this cooling method to be carried out, an exciter of the kind just described is provided with a duct which leads from at least one of the end faces of the piston to an opening in the peripheral face of the piston, and the cylinder is provided with an opening in its wall with which the opening in the peripheral face of the piston comes into communication intermittently during the to and fro relative movement, the opening in the wall of the cylinder being connected by a liquid withdrawal line to a liquid reservoir.

    摘要: A new control system is provided for a reciprocating fluid stroke motor of the type which is pressured at its rod end, reciprocation being achieved by intermittent exposure of its full blind-end face to the pressure fluid to overcome the pressure applied to its smaller rod-end face. The control means includes a valve for a passage through the piston, with adjustably-positioned trip-stops for shifting the valve between open and closed positions. The valve is biased to snap fully open when the piston movement toward its opening-stop opens it slightly and remain open until striking the closing-stop. Monostable or bistable trip-switch types of biasing means may be used, and unless one holding the valve closed with no fluid pressure is chosen, resumption of pressure supply after discontinuance will cause an initial retraction of the piston to its starting position, allowing time for the controlled apparatus to attain acceptable speed. Speed of operation can be controlled by adjustment of the constantly-constricted discharge port on the blind or full face side of the piston.

    摘要: A portable power tool wherein the housing contains a pump, a tank for a supply of oil for the pump, an electric motor for the pump and one or more hydraulic motors which receive pressurized oil from the pump and impart movements to a rotary and/or reciprocable tool, such as a rock drill or chisel. The motor which imparts reciprocatory movements to the tool is a cylinder and piston unit whose piston is rigid with a piston rod serving to strike against the tool whenever the piston performs a forward stroke. A valve assembly having a motor-driven rotary spool controls the flow of pressurized fluid to and the outflow of spent fluid from the cylinder. A spring brakes the rearward movements of the piston, and a bladder type accumulator is connected with the outlet of the pump. The tank is cooled by currents of air which are induced by a blower on the output shaft of the electric motor and which cool the electric motor before they reach cooling fins provided at the outer side of the tank.
