    摘要: A high-performance turbine, particularly with increased specific power, including a rotor and a distribution apparatus which is adapted to convey a fluid stream onto the elements of the rotor for the rotation of the rotor about its own rotation axis, where the rotor includes a plurality of thrust ducts adapted to receive the fluid stream conveyed by the distribution apparatus to generate a rotary thrust on the surrounding walls of the thrust ducts, the turbine further including at least one slot, which is formed on the walls of the thrust ducts and/or of the distribution apparatus and is adapted to connect the fluid stream to the outside environment of the turbine, where at least one of the thrust ducts and the distribution apparatus crossed by the fluid stream includes at least one portion that converges in the direction in which the fluid stream travels, which is defined upstream of the slot in the direction of travel of the fluid stream for the at least local lowering of the pressure inside the thrust ducts and/or the distribution apparatus, which are crossed by the fluid stream, below the value of the pressure of the filling fluid of the outside environment, with consequent suction of the filling fluid into the thrust ducts and/or the distribution apparatus which are crossed by the fluid stream.

    摘要: A power unit including an enclosed housing, a shaft passing through the central section of the enclosed, a motor located outside the housing and mounted to the first end of the shaft, a turbine located inside the housing and mounted into the shaft, the turbine includes a hub, a top end, a bottom end, and blades, sealing fins located at the bottom end of the turbine; and a pump located inside the housing and mounted on the turbine. The pump includes fins that are inserted in grooves located on the hub of the turbine. The fins of the pump are joined to the blades of the turbine creating that the pump, turbine, and shaft move as unitary unit. The fins of the pump maintained by two spaced crowns by insertion form cells that guide a flow of fluid. A space free of fluid with a defined volume occupies the bottom end of the pump. In a non-working position, the space free of fluid has a cylindrical shape. In a working position, because of rotation of the fluid, the space free of fluid has a paraboloid shape. The rotation of the fluid at a minimum angular velocity creates a virtual barrier, and generates a thrust.

    摘要: A simple, rugged and wide velocity range radial flow turbine wheel, with entry flow radially inward and exhaust flow radially outward, has an efficient integral fluid-dynamic multiple staging system needing no stationary devices for redirecting the fluid. Consequently there are no clearance problems, and it can be used with all fluids, including contaminated ones. The tangentially-entering fluid stream is captured and trapped in an annular passageway between an outer set of circumferentially mounted blades and a carefully coordinated inner set of circumferentially mounted planar surfaces. Energy is extracted from the stream when the flow direction is changed each time the faster-moving fluid is vectored radially inwardly from a blade to an inner surface, then vectored radially outwardly to the next blade, then to the next inner surface, etc. All of the pressure, lift and drag forces contribute to turbine output. Flow of the fluid continues around the annular passageway, which also has integral lateral boundaries, until such time as the relative velocity of the fluid and the rotating blades reaches zero. Then the fluid is exhausted radially outwardly by centrifugal force between the blades, which can no longer maintain their trapping action. Because fluid exhaust can occur anywhere on the periphery except in the entry zone itself, flow conditions in the wheel can adapt to wide ranges of speed and loading. The fluid can experience thousands of degrees of magnitude of angular directional change in a single circumferential passage relative to the moving wheel.
