摘要: An appliance includes a hinge module between a main body and a pull-down door. The hinge module includes a housing, a rotational axis member disposed in the housing serving as a center of rotation between the pull-down door and the main body, an inner link housing movably disposed in the housing that moves with the opening of the pull-down door in a direction of the rotational axis member, and a damper installed in the inner link housing, the damper including a piston and a cylinder and providing damping force according to a relative movement of the piston and the cylinder. Any one of the piston and the cylinder of the damper moves with the inner link housing and the other of the piston and the cylinder of the damper moves by a predetermined distance as the inner link housing moves and then is interfered by the housing so as not to move further, and the piston and the cylinder of the damper starts damping, wherein the predetermined distance corresponds to an opening angle of the pull-down door in which the damping is started.

摘要: A gas pressure spring is provided including a working cylinder which, together with a slidably mounted compensating piston, encloses a working chamber filled with a working medium. A slidably mounted working piston is fastened to a working rod. In the event of a temperature increase, a compensating medium in a compensating chamber expands. The compensating piston is acted upon by the pressure of the working medium and the pressure of the compensating medium) such that the volume of the working chamber is increased. The temperature dependency of the gas spring force should be reduced by a design which is as simple as possible. For this purpose, the compensating chamber is at least partially surrounded by the working rod. Thus, the compensating medium can be compactly accommodated, and the assembly of the gas spring is simplified.

摘要: A fluid damper is provided including a cylinder filled with a damping fluid, a piston base body shiftably guided in the cylinder along a stroke axis, and a valve disk spaced apart from a shell wall of the cylinder. The piston base body divides an inner space of the cylinder into a front space and a rear space along the stroke axis. In the piston base body, there is at least one channel connecting the front space to the rear space in a fluid-conducting manner. The valve disk is shiftably guided along the stroke axis between an opening position unblocking the at least one channel and a closing position closing the at least one channel. The valve disk has a central area extending radially outward from the stroke axis, the central area being free of apertures.

The damper fit surface (25) and the damper head fit surface (26) are always in contact with two of the limiting surfaces, i.e. two of the following: the damper stop on the housing for closing (21), the damper stop on the housing for opening (22), the damper stop on the guide for opening (23) and the damper stop on the guide for closing (24), whereby the damper (5) in the initial position constantly applies force in the direction of extension, meaning that the damper (5) constantly applies force to increase the distance between the damper fit surface (25) and the damper head fit surface (26), whereas the hinge guide (3) is dimensioned in such a way that the distance between the damper stop on the guide for opening (23) and the damper stop on the guide for closing (24) is smaller than the maximum distance between the damper fit surface (25) and the damper head fit surface (26).

摘要: A damper has a shell with a cavity. A rotating shaft is rotatably inserted into the cavity of the shell, the portion of the rotating shaft located in the cavity is provided with external thread; a guiding sleeve with internal thread can move along axially reciprocatingly to attach to the shell cavity, and the internal thread and the male thread of the rotating shaft are screwed together; A guiding structure is provided in the shell cavity. The guiding sleeve is engaged or disengaged with the guiding structure by axial movement, and when the two are disengaged, the guiding sleeve can rotate with the rotating shaft. The guiding sleeve is provided with a one-way valve passage. The one-way valve passage opens when the guiding sleeve is axially disengaged with the guiding structure. When the guiding sleeve moves axially in the reverse direction, the one-way valve passage is closed.
