摘要: Processes for manufacturing compositions for plants and soils, such as liquid biofertilizers and solid biostimulants, from animal manure is disclosed. The processes include the delivery of pure oxygen or oxygen-enriched air to a liquid fraction of animal manure and further include subjecting the liquid fraction to an autothermal thermophilic aerobic bioreaction. Nutritional compositions to enhance the effectiveness of synthetic fertilizers in conventional agriculture and/or for use in organic farming that are manufactured by these processes are also disclosed.

摘要: A system and a method for reducing emission of greenhouse gasses is provided, in particular at least one of methane, laughing gas, nitrogen oxides, and ammonia from slurry stored in one or more slurry storage tanks. The method includes continuously maintaining slurry stored in a slurry storage tank under acidic conditions. The method includes the steps of: A: monitoring pH in the slurry present in the slurry storage tank by one or more pH sensors arranged in contact with the slurry in the slurry storage, B: checking if the detected pH exceeds above an upper threshold, such as an upper threshold set at pH=7, C: activate acid addition when the monitored pH exceeds the upper threshold, D: while stirring, adding acid until pH in the slurry is adjusted to within a range between the upper threshold and a lower threshold, such as between pH=2 and pH=7, in particular between pH=5 to pH=7, or more preferred pH=5 and pH=6, and repeating steps C-D when the detected pH of step A exceeds the upper threshold.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for waste processing of mixed waste comprising an organic compostable waste portion and an organic non-compostable waste portion are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a shredder unit for shredding a load of mixed waste, a composting unit providing a microbial environment for composting the food waste portion of the mixed waste load, a heating unit providing a heating environment for heating the inorganic waste portion to a temperature higher than in the composting unit, and a control unit for controlling a moisture level of the mixed waste load in the heating unit. When the target moisture level is reached the shredded, composted and dried mixed waste load is transported to an exit unit for optional further processing as refuse derived fuel.

摘要: There is disclosed a method of producing a soil remediant from liquid organic waste material in which the liquid organic waste material is concurrently pasteurised and digested by thermophilic aerobic digestion in the liquid phase in a single digester vessel. The organic waste material in the digester is maintained continuously at a temperature of at least 70° C. for at least an hour and the liquid organic waste material comprises at least 70% water and can be pumped. After a period of at least an hour a small amount of pasteurised organic waste material is removed and a corresponding amount of fresh organic waste material is added to the single digester vessel such that the temperature is maintained in a comfort zone of the thermophilic bacteria. In a preferred embodiment the thermophilic aerobic digestion is facilitated by micro-organisms including crenarchaeota. The liquid organic waste material can be combined with a microporous adsorbent. Also disclosed is a soil remediant comprising a microporous adsorbent and liquid organic waste material from the novel method. The microporous adsorbent may be a volcaniclastic sedimentary rock or diatomite or of vegetable origin such as biochar. The microporous adsorbent may be a powder or a granular material and may have particle sizes up to 2000 microns.

摘要: The present application provides a reactor with an inclined bottom gas-inlet for aerobic fermentation. A fermenter is provided with a circular inner tank, end covers and a jacket. An airtight fermentation space is formed in the fermenter by the inner tank, an upper end cover and a lower end cover. A feed opening and an exhaust outlet are arranged at an upper part of the fermenter, and a discharge opening is arranged at a lower part of the lower end cover of the fermenter. An energy-saving stirrer is mounted in the fermenter. A plurality of air chambers are arranged at an external wall at the bottom of the inner tank of the fermenter and are within the jacket. A plurality of aeration nozzles are defined on an inner side of each air chamber, and the aeration nozzles are disposed next to the inner tank.
