A device for rotting the organic material includes a pivoted rotting chamber for enclosing the organic material. The rotting chamber has a port and a cover associated with the port for opening and closing the port, a chamber drive unit configured to turn the rotting chamber, and a control unit connected to the chamber drive unit and configured to operate the chamber drive unit.

    摘要: A system and a method for reducing emission of greenhouse gasses is provided, in particular at least one of methane, laughing gas, nitrogen oxides, and ammonia from slurry stored in one or more slurry storage tanks. The method includes continuously maintaining slurry stored in a slurry storage tank under acidic conditions. The method includes the steps of: A: monitoring pH in the slurry present in the slurry storage tank by one or more pH sensors arranged in contact with the slurry in the slurry storage, B: checking if the detected pH exceeds above an upper threshold, such as an upper threshold set at pH=7, C: activate acid addition when the monitored pH exceeds the upper threshold, D: while stirring, adding acid until pH in the slurry is adjusted to within a range between the upper threshold and a lower threshold, such as between pH=2 and pH=7, in particular between pH=5 to pH=7, or more preferred pH=5 and pH=6, and repeating steps C-D when the detected pH of step A exceeds the upper threshold.

    摘要: A process for the preparation of a soil inoculating composition comprising the steps of a) loading a vermicompost into a tank, b) adding a sufficient amount of water and molasses to vermicompost, c) breeding of microorganism in the mixture obtained in the step b), by adjusting the temperature to a range between 25-27° C. and by providing air into the mixture, d) forcing microorganism in the mixture obtained in the step c), to dormant state by d) adding a sufficient amount of molasses, e) bottling the composition obtained in the step d), for storage, f) resuscitating of microorganism in the stored composition from the dormant state to active state by diluting the composition with a sufficient amount of water before soil inoculation. An apparatus for producing soil inoculating composition comprising two concentric tanks wherein the inner tanks (104) holds the composition and the outer tank (101) acting as an heating system holds a liquid kept at a desired temperature by an heat control system (106).
