摘要: An improved camera external parameter calibration method of a vehicle panoramic system, comprising: acquiring calibration images of a checkerboard by means of cameras; for each acquired calibration image, obtaining pixel coordinates of corner points in the image; obtaining first coordinates of each corner point in a vehicle coordinate system on the basis of relevant parameters of the panoramic camera; for a group of adjacent corner points among the corner points, determining a first and second deviation according to the first coordinates of each corner point in the group; for each corner point in the adjacent points of the group, calculating the distance difference of the corner point on the basis of the first coordinates obtained by two cameras; and performing optimization calculation on the external parameters on the basis of the first deviation, the second deviation and the distance difference so as to obtain the external parameters of the cameras.

摘要: Systems and methods of operating a vehicle subject to a travel restriction determine when the vehicle is traveling in an unloaded state; determine a speed of the vehicle when the vehicle is traveling in the unloaded state to produce an actual travel empty speed; compare the actual travel empty speed with an historical travel empty speed for the vehicle; and determine that the vehicle operation is subject to the travel restriction when the actual travel empty speed is less than a predetermined percentile of the historical travel empty speed. When the vehicle operation is not subject to the travel restriction, the systems and methods further evaluate vehicle operation based on an established performance parameter for the vehicle under a normal operating condition; and change a vehicle performance parameter during future vehicle operation based on the evaluation.

摘要: Systems and methods of electrically heating catalyst (EHC) driver notification are provided. With the goal of increasing driver cooperation in reducing emissions, EHC driver notification systems notify the driver when the EHC is in an inefficient operation state. This notification is provided to the driver so that the driver may consciously operate the vehicle in a fashion that reduces emissions while the EHC is in the inefficient operation state. EHC driver notifications systems may also restrict operation of the vehicle when the EHC is in an inefficient operation state. However, for safety reasons, these systems provide the driver a function to bypass the restriction as needed.

摘要: A method for estimating a remaining range of a vehicle battery charge includes identifying at least one route characteristic of a portion of a selected route, determining a vehicle energy consumption profile for a vehicle, and determining a current state of charge of a vehicle battery of the vehicle. The method also includes determining, for the selected route, a route energy consumption profile and calculating an estimated remaining charge for the vehicle battery at an end of the selected route based on the state of charge of the vehicle battery and the route energy consumption profile. The method also includes, in response to a determination that the estimated remaining charge is less than a lower limit of the vehicle battery charge range, determining a target vehicle speed profile based on the at least one route characteristic, the vehicle energy consumption profile, and the state of charge of the vehicle battery.
