摘要: A glass panel assembly is provided intended for use in a roof assembly of a vehicle. It has a layered glass panel comprising a first glass panel with a first glass panel upper face and an opposite first glass panel lower face and a second glass panel with a second glass panel upper face and an opposite second glass panel lower face. The first glass panel and second glass panel by means of a laminating layer are laminated to each other at the first glass panel lower face and the second glass panel upper face. At least one light incoupling assembly is provided on the second glass panel lower face, which light incoupling assembly comprises at least one light source with light incoupling element. The light incoupling element comprises a rectangular prism.

摘要: A sunroof assembly includes a panel supporting part to support a movable panel in a vehicle width direction; a slider supported on a guide rail; and a link. 摘要: A vehicle roof system for comprises a closure panel having a panel support and a stationary guide rail at each longitudinal side of a roof opening for slidably guiding an operating mechanism that operates the closure panel. The operating mechanism comprises a rear device for moving the closure panel rear edge towards a raised position. A front device includes a first lever for moving the closure panel front edge vertically. A driving slide is drivable by a drive member to move the closure panel both in vertical and horizontal directions through the front and rear devices. The first lever is pivotally connected to the panel support only and has a first slide shoe engaging a stationary guide curve of the guide rail, that includes a downwardly and forwardly inclining front portion. The first lever slides and tilts when the shoe travels through the front portion of the stationary guide curve.

The deflector device includes a deflector and a torsion spring. The frame includes a first spring support portion supporting a first arm of the torsion spring in such a way as to be movable in a front-rear direction. The first spring support portion includes a guide surface. Under a condition that the holding portion holds the first arm, when the deflector rotates toward a retracted position, the first arm slides on the guide surface, and is thereby shifted to a state of being supported by the first spring support portion.

摘要: A glazed panel includes a glass panel, two longitudinal reinforcement armatures in order to reinforce the glass panel against deformations by flexure, and two longitudinal securing armatures in order to secure the glazed panel in an outer structure provided for this purpose. The armatures can be overmolded in a polymer material which is arranged on the periphery of the glass panel. The two reinforcement armatures and the two securing armatures are joined in pairs by their longitudinal ends in order to form a frame by means of an assembly by nesting, optionally using an intermediate part. This measure makes it possible to reduce the concentrations of stresses in the corners of the glass panel, and simplifies the molding operation during the production of the glazed panel.

摘要: A sunshade system for a vehicle, comprises a sunscreen having at least a main part and two opposed, laterally placed, inwardly folded parts. The sunscreen includes an intermediate part extending in between the main part and the inwardly folded parts each connected to the intermediate part by means of a fold. Two opposed longitudinal guides retain the adjacent inwardly folded part and at least a part of the corresponding intermediate part of the flexible sunscreen. The guides engage the inwardly folded part. Each intermediate part includes a first compressed part extending in longitudinal direction and comprising at least material of the main part. The first compressed part is established under the influence of a compression treatment such that said material in the first compressed part has a thickness smaller than the thickness of the same material in the main part.
