摘要： A roof system comprises a stationary part configured to be attached to a fixed roof and includes guide rails on opposite sides of a roof opening. The guide rails slidably support an operating mechanism for a panel and include guide grooves bordered by guide flanges. The operating mechanism includes a driving slide for a panel front support, and a panel rear support. The rear support is connected to a panel bracket guide of a panel bracket extending alongside a corresponding edge of the panel. The panel bracket guide slidably engages the rear support so as to enable the panel to slide with respect to the rear support when the front support is driven by the driving slide. The front support engages a guide rail groove of an upright flange of each guide rail while the panel bracket guide extends mainly on the other, inner side of said upright flange.

摘要： An open roof construction for a vehicle comprises at least a movable lever to which, by means of a pin-like member, a slide shoe is connected that, for defining a movement of the movable lever, cooperates with and moves longitudinally along a guide. The pin-like member at a first end is connected to said lever and at a second end is connected to said slide shoe and the guide and slide shoe are provided with at least one pair of cooperating guide part and slide shoe part. The pin-like member at its second end is provided with an enlarged head configured to engage the slide shoe at a side thereof facing away from the lever. The dimensions of the enlarged head are such that, as seen in a direction from the enlarged head towards the lever, at least part of said enlarged head overlaps at least one guide part.

摘要： A drive system having a control slide movable by a drive transmission train in a guide rail arrangement, and having a support profile, to which the movable roof part is fastened. Front and rear deploying mechanisms move the support profile between closed, ventilating and open positions. The front deploying mechanism has a deploying lever movable in a guide channel of the guide rail arrangement by a lower sliding joint, which guide channel has a front supporting bearing holding a front section of the support profile in a pivotably movable manner. The guide channel is connected to the control slide by a rear control bearing. The deploying lever and the control slide each have a control track. The rear control bearing is guided in the control track of the control slide, and the control slide has a control cam guided in the deploying lever control track.

摘要： A vehicle includes a plurality of individually controllable vehicle roof modules. Each of these modules includes: a frame, an adjustable wind deflector carried at a fore end portion of the frame, a window panel carried on the frame, and a first motor structured to selectively open the window panel by moving the window panel away from the fore end portion and over its aft end portion when electrically energized. Each module also includes a shade and a second motor structured to selectively adjust the shade over a range from an undeployed state to a deployed state when electrically energized. The modules each carry a locking mechanism with a locked state to fix the frame in a respective roof opening and establish an electrical power circuit to energize the motors; and an unlocked state to remove the frame from the roof opening, and open the electrical power circuit.

摘要： A roof closure assembly for a vehicle having a roof opening, comprises a stationary part and a closure. A wind deflector arrangement includes an elongated wind deflector body having two ends which are connected to arm assemblies movably coupled to the stationary part and engagable by the closure in order to move the wind deflector body when the closure moves near a closed position. Each arm assembly comprises an arm connected between the wind deflector body and the stationary part, the arm being movably connected with respect to the stationary part and being biased by a first spring in a substantially rearward direction. An auxiliary arm is connected between the arm and the stationary part whereby the auxiliary arm is movably connected with respect to the stationary part. The auxiliary arm is biased with respect to the stationary part by a second spring into a substantially forward direction.
