    摘要: A hydraulic hammer is provided. The hydraulic hammer includes a fluid inlet configured to receive a pressurized fluid for running the hydraulic hammer and a fluid outlet for discharging hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic hammer. A bypass passage fluidly connects the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet, the bypass passage has a bypass inlet fluidly connected to the fluid inlet and a bypass outlet fluidly connected to the fluid outlet. An automatic shut-off valve is disposed in the bypass passage between the bypass inlet and the bypass outlet and is configured to open or close the bypass passage. The automatic shut-off valve is configured to open the bypass passage under pressure of the pressurized fluid on continuous running of the hydraulic hammer for a set time to stop the hammer.

    摘要: A device in a hydraulic rock drilling machine (1) has a distribution valve (7, 7′, 7″) for controlling hydraulic flow to different parts of the rock drilling machine. The distribution valve has a valve body (8, 8′, 8″) which moves to and from in an axial direction inside a valve chamber (33). The valve chamber is limited in axial direction by two valve end walls (10, 11; 10′, 11′; 10″, 11″). One of the valve end walls is movable in an axial direction against an abutment (12, 12″) to define an end position for the valve body, and a pressing device (13, 13′, 13″) is provided for pressing at least one of the valve end walls against the abutment. A rock drilling machine includes the device.

    摘要: The invention relates to a percussion device having a frame, a tool mounted movable in its longitudinal direction, the percussion device containing a work chamber having a movably mounted transmission piston to compress the tool so that a longitudinal stress pulse is generated to the tool, inlet and outlet channels for conducting the pressure fluid to the percussion device and away from it and a control valve that alternately directs the pressure fluid from the inlet channel to the work chamber to act on the transmission piston and, correspondingly, discharges the pressure fluid from the percussion device. The percussion device and trans-mission piston have channels that connect the pressure fluid that acted on the transmission piston to flow during the return movement of the transmission piston through the control valve and transmission piston to the pressure fluid outlet channel and cut off the flow when the transmission piston has returned to its initial position.

    摘要: The invention relates to a pneumatic percussive tool for a paving breaker and/or a hammer drill comprising a drive piston which is displaceable both backwards and forwards by a crankshaft and arranged in a percussion piston which is displaceable both backwards and forwards. A hollow chamber is connected to a compensating chamber by an idling air channel and embodied between the drive piston and the percussion piston in order to receive a pneumatic spring. A valve is arranged in the idling air channel, the opening and closing position thereof depending on the rotational speed of the crankshaft. If the rotational speed of the crankshaft falls below a predetermined value, the valve opens the connection between the hollow chamber and the compensating chamber so that a pneumatic spring can no longer be to embodied in the hollow chamber and the pneumatic percussion tool is placed in a idling position.
