    Abstract: A screwdriver includes a first section, a second section where a positioning groove is annularly formed, a sleeve member detachably disposed on the second section, and an engagement member disposed in the sleeve member. The sleeve member has a body with a through hole, a magnetic unit disposed in the through hole, and an accommodation groove adapted to accommodate the engagement member. When the second section and the sleeve member engage in position, the accommodation groove and the positioning groove meet to engage the engagement member with the positioning groove. The engagement between the second section and the sleeve member allows a gap to be formed between a screw head and the sleeve member while inserting the second section into a socket of the screw head, so the magnetic attraction exists without the contact between the sleeve member and the screw head for a firm engagement therebetween.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a bit holder 1 for holding and driving a screw 3 with a screw head 4 into a fastening base, comprising a clamping region 2 for connecting the bit holder 1 to a driving tool and a bit receptacle 16 for inserting a bit suitable for driving the screw 3. The bit holder 1 has at least one magnet 7a-7f, 7.1a-7.1f arranged eccentrically relative to the bit holder 16 with one pole facing the screw head 4, wherein the magnet 7a-7f, 7.1a-7.1f is held floating on a magnet holder 8, 8.1 in relation to a bit 6 held in the bit receptacle 16, so that the pole face of the at least one magnet 7a-7f, 7.1a-7.1f can align according to the contour of the screw head 4 in order to hold the screw 3 on the bit holder 1 in such a way that the bit 6 engages torque-locked in a rotary driver contour 5 of the screw head 4.

    Abstract: A multifunctional screwdriver with a screw finder comprises a bottle opener mounted on a handle and a screw finder threaded connected to the end of the handle. The screw finder comprises a tail cover with a through hole formed in its inner wall, a universal joint with a gibbosity arranged on each side of its outer circle wall, a magnet frame and a magnet. The universal joint is mounted in the tail cover through the gibbosity and the through hole. The magnet frame with the magnet embedded therein is mounted in the universal joint. When the magnet approaches to the screw, the universal joint and the magnet rotate due to the magnetic force, and the mounting position of the screw can be found. When the screwdriver is not used, the screwdriver can be directly hung to a wall through the bottle opener with a function of opening a bottle cover.

    Abstract: A tool for driving threaded fasteners includes a tool bit extending along a longitudinal axis and including a rear shank of polygonal cross section, a front working end, and an intermediate portion having a front shoulder, a rear shoulder, and a reduced diameter annular groove. A floating magnet sleeve receivable over the tool bit includes a tubular body, retention member projecting radially inward from a rear end of the body, and a magnet disposed at a front end of the body. The sleeve is axially moveable by a float distance between rearward and forward positions such that the magnet can engage a fastener head coupled to the working end as the sleeve approaches the forward position. The float distance is less than a tip distance between a front end of the magnet and a front tip of the working end when the sleeve is in the rearward position.
