摘要: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a unitary ring gear-flange body (URGFB). In an illustrative example, the flange body may be spin-formed and may, for example, include a riser body extending substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis and a flange extending substantially radially outward from the riser body. To the riser body may, for example, be welded a ring gear to form a unitary assembly, the ring gear having an axis of revolution aligned with the longitudinal axis. A continuous coating may, for example, be applied to at least a selected portion of a surface of the unitary assembly. Various embodiments may advantageously provide a cost-efficient, weight-efficient, and/or time-efficient unitary body which may, for example, be coupled to machinery to provide a shaftless torque-transmitter.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a gear toothing on a metallic workpiece and a tool device for calibration of a gear toothing inlet and/or a gear toothing outlet of a gear of the metallic workpiece. The method includes producing the gear toothing by forming manufacturing and performing a compression process to calibrate a gear toothing inlet and/or a gear toothing outlet of the gear toothing, wherein a gear tooth shape and a gear tooth length are adjusted during the compression process. The tool device includes a workpiece location for accommodating the workpiece, an axially movable die selectively engageable with the gear toothing, the die supporting the gear toothing and predefining the gear tooth shape to be adjusted on the gear toothing inlet and/or on the gear toothing outlet, and at least one axially movable compression ring which calibrates the gear toothing inlet and/or gear toothing outlet by a compression process.

摘要: Disclosed is a roll spinning forming device for a toothed part. The device is mounted on a machine tool body. A blank, a mandrel and a driving synchromesh gear are mounted on a machine tool spindle. A driven synchromesh gear and a roller are arranged in parallel on the spindle. The driven synchromesh gear and the roller are connected by a telescopic constant speed universal joint and rotate at a same angular speed. The driven synchromesh gear is driven by a spring mechanism in the radial direction, and the roller is driven by a servo motor assembly in the radial direction. Further disclosed is a roll spinning forming method for a toothed part, the rotating speed of the blank is maintained to be matched with the rotating speed of the roller according to a gear ratio during the movement of the roller toward the blank.

The tool is held by a tool holder. The tool holder is mounted in an orbiting body so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis and is driven to carry out a rotating movement about the rotation axis, and is driven to carry out an orbiting movement by the orbiting body. Rotation movement of the workpiece is synchronised with the orbiting movement of the tool holder and the rotating movement of the first tool holder is synchronised with the orbiting movement of the tool holder.
