摘要: A column for removal of a component from a fluid is disclosed. The column has a compartment with a cross sectional area. The compartment contains beads having a diameter. A ligand selected to bind to the component is coupled to the beads. The cross-sectional area and bead diameter are selected to maintain a flow velocity of the fluid within the compartment below a first threshold, thereby reducing leaching of the ligand into the fluid. Also described herein is an adsorbent comprising a ligand that is attached to a substrate by an amine bond, wherein the ligand is resistant to dissociation from the substrate.

摘要: In some examples, a filter assembly may include a filter including a first gasket having a first channel adjacent to a first side of the filter and a second gasket having a second channel adjacent to a second side of the filter. The first gasket and the second gasket may include a beveled surface adjacent to the filter. The first channel and the second channel may include a diameter of from about 0.01 mm to about 0.5 mm. A finger tightening system may securely hold the filter without any leaks.

摘要: A method for preparing high-purity cannabidiol is characterized in that: the leaves of cannabis and top portions of the plant which account for about one-fifth of the whole plant are used as extraction sites; a technology of combined macroporous adsorption resin chromatography and polyamide chromatography is used for purification; and a mixed solvent system is used for crystallization purification so as to ensure that the yield is improved to the maximum extent under the premise of obtaining a high-purity product. The product obtained from this method contains high-purity CBD; the method has a high yield and is a simple process, and thus easy to industrialize.
