摘要： A foldable tree skirt to cover a tree stand for a tree or Christmas tree. The cover includes a plurality of enclosed pockets containing rigid panels therein, and an attachment device for attaching a first end of the cover with a second end of the cover. The cover with the enclosed panels within the pockets of the cover is foldable in a disassemble state. In an assembled state, the cover is releasably secured together to form a three-dimensional enclosure having a substantially continuous sidewall adapted to surround the tree stand of the Christmas tree. The plurality of poles with pole connectors are assembled to removably fit onto the top of the inside sidewall and onto the bottom inside sidewalls of the cover, so as to maintain the three-dimensional shape, i.e. cone shape. The cover can be a single piece that wrappers around the tree stand and/or fits around the tree trunk.

摘要： A Christmas tree disposal casing, having an upper end and a lower end, and a first panel and a second panel that each have an inner edge, an outer edge, an upper edge, and a lower edge. The casing has a flat configuration and also has a sleeve configuration for encasing a tree therein when the first panel is joined to the second panel at or near their outer edges. An expansion panel is affixed near and extends between the inner edges. The inner edges are selectively joined directly together along an expansion seam. When the expansion seam is opened, the expansion panel provides additional circumference to the casing for holding larger trees. The outer edge of the first panel is selectively joined to a secondary zipper edge on the second panel, located inwardly of the outer edge of the second panel, to reduce the circumference of the casing.

摘要： The “Cake Umbrella” was invented to protect (from spit) and decorate the cake. Although “The Cake Umbrella” is made and used in various combinations and designs and with a variety of materials, there are three basic versions, namely: (i) the all plastic version (top base and sides) made with transparent plastic because it provides excellent spit protection and will not conceal the decoration on the cake. When elaborately decorated it is also used for decorative purposes; (ii) utilizes the same top base but with interchangeable Velcro attached skirt (sides) made with beautifully designed fabric trimming and also provides complete protection and decoration for the cake; (iii) is made with strips and/or sheets of specially selected paper folded into beautiful ruffles and other designs and will also protect and decorate the entire cake. They (versions (i), (ii) & (iii) will all facilitate candles without compromising their protective capabilities. “The Cake Umbrella” is a novel invention.

摘要： A tree slide facilitating movement of a Christmas tree via sliding along a support surface without damage to the surface is described. The tree slide includes a central region of substantially planar extent and an arcuate perimeter which surrounds and extends from the central region. The arcuate perimeter forms a cavity along one side of the tree slide. In some embodiments, a rim is provided which extends from the arcuate perimeter opposite of the central region. In other embodiments, the tree slide could also include a cover, composed of a stretchable and conformable material, which conceals a tree stand and the tree slide.

These units can be assembled into discreet molecules and polymers. These materials and/or formulations thereof with liquid crystals or polymers are useful for the complexation of chemicals and/or polymers; they have very low dielectric constants for use as coatings in dielectric circuits, they provide additional ordering mechanisms in liquid crystals, and they display unusual mechanical responses when subjected to electrochemical, chemical, or mechanical stimuli.
