摘要: The present disclosure discloses a spliced frame comprising: an outer frame, which is closed and is formed by a plurality of framed profiles, and the ends of adjacent framed profiles being connected to form a frame corner; a pushrod having two ends slidably abutting against inside walls of the adjacent framed profiles respectively, the pushrod and two framed profiles abutting against the pushrod forming a triangular connection; a corner clip comprising an upper patch being fixedly mounted on upper end surfaces of the framed profiles and an inner flap being folded inward and extended to an inside of the outer frame, and the inner flap being provided with a positioning hole; and a positioning rod passing through a through hole of the pushrod and the positioning hole in turn, and provided with a fastening structure for restricting a relative position between the pushrod and the corner clip.

The clips include at least a base member, an elastomeric support member, a bracket member, and an alignment member configured to secure the various members of the clip together. 摘要: A frame assembly includes a frame base and a rear panel including a plurality of side walls that are configured to be received within a plurality of side walls of the frame base. Along an external surface of each side wall of the rear panel there is at least one locking tab that is configured for reception within one corresponding locking opening of the frame base when the rear panel is inserted into the frame base so as couple the rear panel to the frame base in a snap-fitting manner and permit a canvas substrate to be captured therebetween for holding the canvas substrate across a front face of the frame base.

摘要: An interchangeable and locking frame and veneer includes moving track components and interlocking corners. Tracks move within a respective component to expand to varying width and varying heights. The frame and veneer tracks have interlocking corners much like interlocking jigsaw geometries. A velcro or sticky adhesive substance disposed between the frame veneer and the existing frame keeps the components adjacent but available for easy interchanging of varying designs. Traditionally household items such as minors, televisions, and monitors come from the store with a very basic and standardized looking frame or border. This is problematic for individuals who desire to personalize their household items. The disclosure allows individuals to fully customize frameable objects in their household via a veneer design.

摘要: A spline installation device for use with a spline/rail type frame to assemble the splines to the rails. The device including a base that defines a platform for receiving a frame subassembly; and a plurality of linkages that are disposed about the platform and coupled to the base. Each linkage is configured to move between a first position in which a fence bearing surface thereof is at an angle other than 90 degrees relative to the platform and a second position in which the fence bearing surface is set at an at least substantially 90 degree angle relative to the platform for locking and holding the frame subassembly in place. The linkages further being configured to receive a spline instillation tool for locking the splines in place relative to the rails.
