    摘要： An apparatus for bonding thin film supplied from a continuous roll to at least one bonding surface along the entire length of a discrete printed surface base plate and efficiently cutting the film to a proper length which covers an entire planar surface of the board. Each board is conveyed to a film bonding position and the leading end of the continuous film is transported to the film bonding position that is held by suction. A compression bonding roller moves across the surface of the board and automatically feeds film and bonds the film to the board while leaving a portion of the film loose over the trailing end of the board. A cutter comprising a rotary blade and a fixed blade disposed across the direction of movement of the film and the board is mounted on a slide bed which is moveable towards and away from the film. The rotary blade is obliquely oriented in order to permit the cutting of the film when the blade is rotated in opposition to the fixed blade. The compression bonding roller then completes the bonding of the loose end of the film through the remaining portion of the board. This structure permits a wide film to be rapidly and positively cut and bonded to the board.

    摘要： A continuous copying apparatus provides a copier chassis having a copy paper inlet and a copy paper outlet which are on a common side of the copier chassis. A web of supply paper is positioned adjacent the copier inlet and is compactly stored so that a continuous, elongated web can be fed into the chassis at the inlet. A first roller drive positioned on the chassis and adjacent the paper path pulls the copy paper from the supply web into the inlet. A photocopying component system includes at least a photoconductor, and an optics system for imaging an original to be copied onto the photoconductor, for continuously imprinting an image to be copied on the web of copy paper as it traverses the copier chassis through a defined, generally semicircular paper path. A drive means is positioned on the chassis sequentially behind the photocopying component system on the flowpath for pulling the copy paper web from the photocopying component system to the copier outlet. A guide means supports the web of copy paper as it traverses the copier chassis between the inlet and outlet and along the generally semicircular curved paper path. A braking system associated with the supply web maintains constant speed of the paper web between the copier inlet and the copier outlet and thus prevent interruption of the continuous copying process which normally occurs when a slackness of the web triggers "jam" switches that cut off the photocopy process.

The said components are mounted on a generally rectangular mobile frame having a raised forwardly extending portion. The augers and drawing rolls are mounted on members disposed on the underside of the forwardly extending portion of the frame, each member being capable of being opened at any time so as to release a tree being held therewithin and to allow it to drop to the ground.

    摘要： To punch paper and other sheet material a short distance inward of one margin with a plurality of small-diameter holes, a motordriven punch machine is provided. Paper is deposited on a platen and squared with an adjustable side edge guide and is also squared with retractable pins a short distance forward of the back of the punch throat. The pins, when retracted, permit the paper to be inserted a greater distance in the punch so that the holes are a greater distance from said one margin than when the pins are projected. The motor, which turns through one cycle of the punch, rotates a crank which oscillates a lever attached to a splined main shaft. Each punch die is formed on the lower end of a generally cylindrical member formed with rack teeth meshing with the splines of the main shaft. When the lever oscillates, it oscillates the main shaft, depressing the punch dies across a throat in which the paper to be punched is inserted.

    摘要： An electrophotographic copying machine using a roll of sensitive paper in which the original holder for carrying the original reciprocates on the machine case of the electrophotographic copying device. While the original holder is in its backward motion, the original is illuminated so as to subject the electrophotographic-sensitive paper to a slit exposure, and the copy is obtained through subsequent steps of developing and fixing. The reciprocating motion of the original is related to the paper feed so that the paper is cut to the length of the original. An indicator is provided for indicating the size of the roll of sensitive paper in the paper-feeding unit and for indicating the maximum size original capable of being copied.
