In such a manner, the relative angle between the socket and the locking member may be arbitrarily adjusted rapidly, easily and conveniently, so as to fit the relative angle between the emergency brake and the gear lever of the automobile, thereby enhancing the versatility of the anti-theft lock. In addition, the nut is retained in the retaining hole of the cover, so that the nut cannot be rotated relative to the cover. Thus, the cover cannot be detached from the support seat, thereby preventing the anti-theft lock from being broken intentionally.
