    摘要: It is described a clamping system (30) of special conductors (S1, S2, S3) for a stator or rotor bar winding (U1, S1, S2, S3) for an electric machine, such as connection terminals (S1), jumpers (S2), neutrals or star points (S3), etc. The system (30) allows the special conductors (S1, S2, S3) to be clamped during a twisting step and/or a step of picking up such conductors from a twisting device (250). The system comprises a system axis (T-T), a plurality of grippers (10) aligned or able to be aligned along a circumference lying on a plane substantially perpendicular to the system axis (T-T) and actuation elements (50, 60, 70, 80, 90) of the grippers (10).     摘要: In a resolver of a motor, a plurality of wires forming a plurality of coils arranged at a resolver stator portion are arranged at a wiring surface which is arranged at a terminal block of a connector portion and extends between an annular shape surface arranged substantially perpendicularly to a central axis at a core back of an insulator and a plurality of terminal pins, and are connected to a control unit via the terminal pins. Each of the wires of the resolver includes a slackened portion formed at a portion thereof between corresponding terminal pins and corresponding coils. The slackened portion is accommodated in a groove portion arranged at the wiring surface of the connector portion in order to minimize the possibility of damaging the wire improving reliability of the connection between the terminal pin and the coil.

    摘要: A method for producing a pattern of coil windings in which each coil turn has one fillet each in two slots, and the two fillets are joined by a head portion. A plurality of coil turns are made simultaneously by winding n parallel wires with intermediate spacing onto a rotatable former. To obtain small winding heads, there is a repeating of: a laying work step where one fillet and the wire length of one head portion are laid on the former; and a displacing work step where the resultant fillets together with the adjoining first end of the respective associated head portions, and the wire guide together with the second end of these head portions, are displaced relative to one another along the former by n times the intermediate spacing of the wires. Next, the winding is removed from the former, and pressed flat.

    摘要: After a winding machine connects a winding wire to a terminal pin, a slackening member is moved in a substantially horizontal direction substantially orthogonal to a direction of a terminal block being extended so as to be located on an orbit of the winding wire. Then, a led part of the winding wire radially between the terminal pin and teeth is extended to the teeth while in contact with a curved surface of a tip of the slackening member. That is, the led part is extended while bent in the substantially horizontal direction. After the winding wire is wound around the respective teeth, the slackening member is moved out of the orbit.
