摘要: A device may comprise a gripper defining a plurality of openings, each being configured to selectively receive, retain and release an item using a vacuum. One or more sensors may be associated with the plurality of openings, and may be configured to detect a faulty item received in the opening associated therewith. An item receiving structure may be configured to receive items released by the gripper when one or more of the sensors detects that one or more of the received items is faulty. An item receptacle may be configured to receive a plurality of items, and a vacuum chute may be configured to convey items received in the item receiving structure away from the gripper and into the item receptacle under a vacuum force.

摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a hydro dynamic bearing device is provided for the finishing treatment of lubricating oil after lubricating the hydro dynamic bearing device. The hydro dynamic bearing is constructed of an axial member housed in a housing, a radial bearing part for supporting the axial member in a non-contact manner in a radial direction by a hydro dynamic pressure action of the lubricating oil generated in a radial bearing clearance, and a sealing part arranged in an opening part of the housing, and the apparatus has a laser for measuring an oil-level height of the lubricating oil in the housing.

The method for manufacturing the hydro dynamic bearing constructed of an axial member housed in a housing, a radial bearing part for supporting the axial member in a non-contact manner in a radial direction by a hydro dynamic pressure action of the lubricating oil generated in a radial bearing clearance, and a sealing part arranged in an opening part of the housing, has the steps of applying the lubricating oil to an unlubricated hydro dynamic bearing device; and blowing a gas on the outer peripheral surface of the housing, while sucking the lubricating oil from the sealing space of the sealing part or the vicinity thereof using a suction device that generates a negative-pressure suction force.

摘要: The present invention relates to a button which allows the user to select the attachment position of attachment means such as a detachable pin while confirming an orientation of an insignia applied to a button body, and a button manufacturing device that is lightweight and robust, and that can be operated even at an unstable location and in a small space. A button 200 comprises a button body 200a having a front cover 201, a sheet member 213 mounted on a front plate 202 of the front cover 201, and a rear cover 205 for engaging with the front cover 201 to grip a peripheral edge of the sheet member 213 between the rear cover peripheral edge 209 and the front cover peripheral edge 203, and attachment means 229, 237 for linking to the button body 200a by selecting a direction to cross the rear plate 206 of the button body 200a (X direction, Y direction or Z direction). A button manufacturing device 1 comprises a base 2, a slide platform 100 disposed on the base for reciprocating movement, first and second lower dies 110 and 140 provided on both sides of the slide platform 100 in the reciprocating directions, a press screw shaft 30 capable of moving in the axial direction by screwing into a female screw section provided on a beam 20 fixed to the upper part of struts 16 and 17, fixed on the base, an upper die 40 provided on a lower end of the press screw shaft 30 for joining to the first lower die 110 or the second lower die 140, and an operating handle 32 provided on an upper part of the press screw shaft 30.

摘要: An automated de-banding machine which can perform by scanning the surface of the pallet to determine the number and position of bands to be removed. The machine also is capable of analyzing to determine the overlay bands from underlay bands. The overlay bands are removed first and typically fed individually to a chopper which chops the bands into pieces for recycling. The band information may be recorded and used to facilitate handling of a similar type of pallet in future operations to eliminate any stoppage for determination of retooling or adjustment.

摘要: An improved manufacturing technique for optical fiber arrays employs optical feedback in a partially assembled unit using an inspection camera. This allows immediate reworking of a problematic part. In the present invention, a video microscope is used to check the alignment of the optical fiber array during the manufacturing process. After the optical fiber array has been glued or otherwise affixed, then an optical device may be used to measure the performance of the glued assembly.
