    摘要: A control valve for hydraulic media is provided. The control valve includes a valve body having four ports. A first seat, a second seat, and a dual seat are positioned in the valve body between the ports. Two poppets, each including a disc and a cup, with a spring located therebetween, are arranged on a cylindrical pin with an enlarged engagement portion that is slidably supported within the valve body. A solenoid assembly movable in an axial direction within the valve body contacts the cylindrical pin and adjusts the position of the discs and cups of the poppets with respect to the seats of the valve body to minimize unwanted leakage between the ports. This configuration comprises four variable orifices that cooperate to provide controlled flow during different energizing phases of the solenoid assembly.

    摘要: A camera dolly or camera crane has an arm pivotably attached to a chassis, and a hydraulic system including a hydraulic cylinder for raising the arm, a hydraulic valve and a valve control. The hydraulic valve has a normal operation mode where opening and closing of the valve is controlled by the valve control. The hydraulic valve is also provided with a float down mode, where the valve remains partially open providing an intentional slight leakage, regardless of operation of the valve control. In float down mode, as soon as the arm reaches its highest point, the arm automatically and instantaneously reverses direction and starts to move back down, in a smooth continuous movement. The hydraulic system may optionally also include a fast down valve, to allow the arm to move down quickly, even when minimally loaded.

    摘要: A three-port control valve assembly comprising a valve body having two valve seats facing in a common direction and disposed along a central bore terminating in an exhaust port and communicating with a supply port and a common port. A pintle shaft connected to a solenoid actuator extends into the central bore. A first valve head mounted on the pintle shaft mates with the first valve seat to connect the supply port to the common port. While the solenoid is de-energized, supply pressure keeps the first valve closed. A second valve head mates with the second valve seat to connect the common port to the exhaust port. Opening of the first valve closes the second valve via supply oil pressure. When the first valve closes, the second valve is opened by a spring disposed between the second valve head and the exhaust port.

    摘要: There is described a hydraulic connection assembly with a pressure discharge control, which is positionable between an onboard hydraulic circuit of an engineering vehicle and a removable hydraulic equipment. The hydraulic assembly comprises a one-piece body (1, 51) attachable to the outside of the hydraulic machine near the hydraulic equipment and provided with at least one input hydraulic linkage (4, 5; 52) connectable to a pressure line of the hydraulic circuit of the vehicle, at least one coupling (7, 8; 54) suitable for the connection with a feeding input of a removable equipment and a pressure discharge hydraulic linkage (6; 53) connectable to a draining line, at least one normally closed discharge valve (21, 22; 55) positioned between said linkage (4, 5; 52) to a pressure line and said linkage (6; 53) to a draining line and a pressure discharge control (35; 56) operable so as to cause the opening of said at least one normally closed valve (21, 22; 55) for the connection of the above said pressure line to the draining line for discharging the pressure existing in the hydraulic circuit of the vehicle. The discharge valve (21, 22; 55) is of the sliding piston type (31) and the pressure discharge control (35; 56) is formed by a lever (35) rotatable around a transversal axis (36) between a stable resting position and a working position in which a side (37) of said lever (35) exerts an axial thrust on said sliding piston (31) for the opening control of said valve (21, 22; 55).

    摘要: A mixing system and valve(s) are provided for a tank or other container of liquid to be mixed. A directional flow control valve is secured within the tank. The directional flow control valve includes a plate secured adjacent an inlet supply opening or an outlet supply opening in the tank. The valve plate has openings for enabling controlled maximum liquid flow into or out of the inlet supply opening or the outlet supply opening, respectively. A floating disc is also provided within the valve and located in an aligned position to enable sealing engagement of the floating disc over the plate openings when the flow control valve is in a closed position, and to enable movement of the floating disc away from the plate openings when the flow control valve is in an open position. An inlet and outlet supply is also provided to supply liquid into and out of the tank. The directional flow control valve is secured adjacent either an inlet and/or outlet supply and the tank. An inlet and outlet conduit is supported within the tank for receiving or providing liquid to the tank. Connected to the inlet and outlet conduit is an inlet and outlet distribution conduit, which extends from the inlet and outlet conduit and has inlet and outlet orifices located therein. Liquid is mixed within the tank when liquid is provided under pressure from the inlet supply into the tank via the inlet and outlet orifices, or when liquid is removed from the tank to the outlet supply via said inlet and outlet orifices under gravity or reverse pressure in pressurized vessels.
