摘要: Provided are a chassis ear apparatus and a mounting method thereof. The chassis ear apparatus includes a shell, wherein a chassis ear seat is detachably mounted on a back surface of the shell, and the chassis ear seat is configured to be fixed to a rack after a server is installed into the rack; a printed circuit board is arranged at a front surface of the shell, the printed circuit board is installed from the front surface of the shell and is detachably mounted on the chassis ear seat, and the printed circuit board is connected to a mainboard inside the server via a signal cable; and the signal cable penetrates through a gap between the shell and the chassis ear seat and is inserted into a cable socket on a front surface of the printed circuit board from the front surface of the shell.

摘要: A rack assembly for physically supporting information technology (IT) devices is disclosed. The rack assembly includes a plurality of interconnected panels forming a volumetric space having a front access and a rear access with opposing side panels. The front access and the rear access extend from a bottom edge to a top edge. The plurality of interconnected panels allow air to flow in either direction between the front access and the rear access. An ambient temperature indicator is mounted adjacent to the front access or the rear access. The ambient temperature indicator is configured to visually indicate temperature values between the top edge and the bottom edge.

摘要: An apparatus to widen the light dispersion pattern of a light source shining through an overlay window from the viewing side of an electrical computer system. The overlay window is coupled to a panel of the system. The overlay window includes a transparent material, which has a first surface facing the light source and a second surface facing away from the light source to define a viewing side. An opaque material can be disposed on the first surface to partially cover the first surface to form a viewing window. A first diffusing mechanism is disposed on the first surface, and a second diffusing mechanism is disposed on the second surface. In response to the passage of the light output through the viewing window, the light dispersion pattern of the light output from the viewing side of the overlay window has a viewing angle of up to about 180 degrees.
