摘要: The present document describes a textile-assembly toolkit for reversible assembly of a textile to an electronic-speaker device. The toolkit includes multiple attachment features, including rigid features with matched purposefully-designed knit types that can be combined to enable repeatable, mass-producible, reversible assembly of the textile to the electronic-speaker device. The techniques described herein enable accurate alignment of the textile on the electronic-speaker device without distorting the textile's cosmetic pattern and in a manner that results in no visible edges of the textile or visible attachment features on the exterior of the electronic-speaker device. Also, the textile-assembly toolkit includes attachment features that secure the textile with sufficient tension to avoid acoustic distortion such as rub and buzz.

摘要: An headphone system (100) with improved sound reproduction capability is disclosed. The system includes a housing (101); a receiver configured with the housing (101) and to receive audio signals from one or more computing devices; a control circuitry (108) configured with the housing (101). A frequency of each of the received audio signals is determined by extracting audio attributes from the received audio signals. Then the determined frequency of each of the received audio signals is compared with a predefined threshold. In response to the comparison, the received audio signals are segregated into at least two set of signals including a first set of audio signals and a second set of audio signals. The first set of audio signals is converted into a first set of vibration signal energy and a second set of audio signals is converted into a second set of vibration signal.

摘要: A speaker box includes a housing and a speaker unit accommodated in the housing. The speaker unit includes a diaphragm configured to vibrate and sound. The diaphragm is spaced from the housing to form a front sound cavity therebetween. The speaker box further includes a sound transmitting channel communicating the front sound cavity with outside. The front sound cavity and the sound transmitting channel cooperatively form a front cavity of the speaker box. A sound absorption layer is disposed at a portion of the housing facing the front cavity. The sound absorption layer includes a micro-porous structure. When the sound wave passes through the front cavity, the sound absorption layer is capable of absorbing the resonance vibration of the front cavity in high frequency, thus suppressing the amplification of the sound distortion due to the resonance vibration of the front cavity and improving the acoustic performance of the speaker box.

摘要: A loudspeaker cabinet comprised of interlocking panels which may be assembled using external compressive forces and internal tensile forces is described. The panels may include corresponding tongue and groove elements that aid in the interconnection of the panels, and which may be at least partially swaged together. Internal tension members, such as tension rods, may run the length of the cabinet, up and down, and front to back, to keep panels of the cabinet under constant tension. An example cabinet body having six sides that sits above an integrated foot or shelf is constructed out of three interlocking panels. The present system and method may be used to create an inherently rigid cabinet that minimizes the movability of its constituent parts to avoid parasitic vibrations that interfere with the original sound waves emanating from the membrane of the driver of the loudspeaker.

摘要: Disclosed is a sounder module, which comprises a housing for accommodating a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The housing is provided with a sound hole which is formed to deviate from the center position of the vibration system and is higher than the surface of the housing. The vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm. A dome is provided at one side of the vibrating diaphragm closer to the sound hole. A pressure regulating part is arranged on the dome. The pressure regulating part is higher than other positions of the dome and projects towards the sound hole. The sounder module in the present invention is capable of balancing asymmetrical sound field distribution of the front acoustic cavity, and locally increasing the sound pressure distribution on the surface of the vibrating diaphragm to balance it with other parts, effectively decreasing system polarization, and reducing harmonic distortion.

摘要: This disclosure relates to speakers and more specifically to an array speaker for distributing music uniformly across a room. A number of audio drivers can be radially distributed within a speaker housing so that an output of the drivers is distributed evenly throughout the room. In some embodiments, the exit geometry of the audio drivers can be configured to bounce off a surface supporting the array speaker to improve the distribution of music throughout the room. The array speaker can include a number of vibration isolation elements distributed within a housing of the array speaker. The vibration isolation elements can be configured reduce the strength of forces generated by a subwoofer of the array speaker.
