摘要: An integrated circuit for driving high-voltage LED lamps is applied to a rectified alternative current (AC) power and a plurality of LED stacks. The integrated circuit includes a control unit, a plurality of current-clamping units which electrically connect to the control unit and the LED stacks respectively, and a plurality of current-sensing units which electrically connect to the current-clamping units and the control unit. When the rectified power is switched on, the current-sensing unit constantly monitors the electrical current flowing through the respective current-clamping unit and feeds back the monitored data to the control unit. The control unit sequentially switches on or off the current-clamping units according to the combinatorial logic state of the monitored data.

摘要: Disclosed is a diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1, a recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae containing the diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1, and application thereof in production of triacylglycerol. The diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1 of the invention has a function of catalyzing synthesis of triacylglycerol. After the recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae containing the diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1 of the invention is subjected to induction culture for 48 h, the content of total fatty acid and triacylglycerol in the recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae containing the diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1 can be respectively increased by 1.94 folds and 12.09 folds as compared with those of Saccharomyces cerevisiae without the recombinant diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1. The instant invention provides a method for improving the ability of microorganisms to produce polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) by means of genetic engineering.

摘要: A second stage regulator suitable for both right-handed and left-handed divers comprises a housing, a mouthpiece, a decompression mechanism, an exhaust mechanism and an airflow adjustment mechanism. The airflow adjustment mechanism can control the output air volume by adjusting the size of the vent. Even in the state of small air volume, the diver only needs to inhale a little to push the second stage output and inhale the air smoothly. The diver can control the direction of the airflow by operating the airflow adjustment mechanism to avoid being choked by the air when the air volume is large. The exhaust holes of the exhaust mechanism is arranged on the side and the exhaust mechanism is facing the left rear side of the housing, which can prevent the exhaust valve from being compressed due to the pressure of water flow when the diver is swimming.

摘要: An overflow pipe assembly includes an overflow pipe having an end portion. An adaptor is connected to the end portion of the overflow pipe and includes a first connection portion formed to the center thereof. A second connection portion which is a slot, and a third connection portion which is a bore, are respectively formed to two ends of the adaptor. A cover includes multiple protrusions which are engaged with the engaging portions of the adaptor to connect the cover to the adaptor. When installing the adaptor to an overflow pipe with two tubular parts, the adaptor does not shift by extending bolts through the second and third connection portions and connected to the two tubular parts. When installing the adaptor to an overflow pipe with a single tube, a bolt extends through the first connection portion and is connected to the tube.

摘要: A drain floor, including a drain base, a drain body including a cavity, a drain cup, a supporting frame; and a reset member. The drain cup includes a cup body, a stem, and a base. The cup body includes a through hole, and two ends of the stem are connected to the cup body and the base, respectively. Vibrationally thermally pressing a plurality of said interlaced film-clad carbon fiber sheets as superimposed with one another to form a composite product.
