When the second pivoting-locking parts are locked with the first pivoting-locking part, the second pivoting-locking parts may be pivoted relative to the first pivoting-locking part. The supporting frame may be pivoted relative to the second body only when the first body is pivoted to a predetermined position relative to the supporting frame by means of the first pivoting-locking part and the second pivoting-locking parts.
