Abstract:
Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing service diagnostics and provisioning via a service action guidance engine (“SAGE”). In various embodiments, SAGE may autonomously analyze data to identify any issues with provisioning one or more first services, among a plurality of services, to a first customer of a service provider. SAGE may autonomously identify one or more first automation actions from a plurality of automation actions to address at least one first issue identified based on the analysis, and may autonomously send one or more first instructions to one or more first automation bots, among a plurality of automation bots, to perform the identified one or more first automation actions. SAGE may also generate and present one or more guidance messages to call center users to guide interaction between customers and the call center users, based on analysis data associated with provisioning of services to the customers.
Abstract:
A method of an automatic support service that includes receiving a request for additional assistance for an error from a user interface, retrieving error information from a logging system for the error, generating an error information collection interface, in response to the request, populating the error information collection interface with the error information from the logging system, sending the error information collection interface to be displayed to the user by the user interface, and receiving additional error information from the user via the error information collection interface.
Abstract:
The information processing method includes: acquiring, by an information processing device, numerical value information pertaining to an attribute of a network slice, the numerical value information being obtained by converting input information which has been inputted through a user interface; and selecting, by the information processing device, a network slice as a candidate to which a terminal device is to be connected.

Abstract:
A technique for validating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for roaming user terminals is presented. A method implementation of the technique performed in a home network of the roaming user terminal comprises obtaining Service level-related Performance Data (SPD) that have been collected by the user terminal while roaming in a visited network. Additionally, subscription information associated with the user terminal and indicative of an SLA is obtained. Next, the SLA is validated based on a comparison of the SPD, or data derived therefrom, with the subscription information.
Abstract:
A web server computer system receives a plurality of measurements for a metric from one or more computing resources associated with the web server computer system. Each measurement includes metadata for the measurement, which specifies attributes of the measurement. The web server computer system determines, for each measurement and based at least in part on the metadata, a fully qualified metric identifier for the measurement. The web server computer system uses the fully qualified metric identifier to partition the plurality of measurements into various partitions. Once completed, the web server computer system transmits a request to one or more aggregator sub-systems of a computing resource monitoring service to store the plurality of measurements.
Abstract:
A network device receives configuration information for monitoring, via a network, control data for a monitored customer device. The configuration information includes business rules for responding to an event when the control data is outside baseline control limits. The network device identifies original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or service provider recommended limits for the control data and receives initial control data, associated with the monitored customer device, for a particular time period. The network device determines, based on the initial control data, baseline control limits related to the OEM or service provider recommended limits. The network device receives, an indication of an out-of-bounds event, wherein the out-of-bounds event includes at least one instance where subsequent control data is outside the baseline control limits and initiates, based on the business rules, an action responsive to the out-of-bounds event.
Abstract:
In an example embodiment, a method of redirecting responses from an application server in a cloud environment is provided. A request is received from an instance of an application operating on a client device. The request is forwarded to an application server corresponding to the application. A generic error message from the application server sent in response to the user request is intercepted and the generic error message is redirected to a special application server hosting a special account established for the application, the special account indicating one or more actions to take in response to receipt of a generic error message, the one or more actions causing generation of a special error message and sending of the special error message to the instance of the application operating on the client device.
Abstract:
Methods and apparatus for management of network slices in a communication network such as a 5th generation wireless communication network are provided. Management planes may be provided which are separate from the plurality of network slices. A connection manager residing in a management plane receives an indication that a mobile device is to be associated with the communication network. The connection manager may reside at an access node or in the core network. A network slice is determined, and the connection manager transmits instructions, to one or more network nodes, to associate the mobile device with the network slice. The instructions may be provided to a local connection manager. The slice may be requested explicitly by the mobile device, or determined based on device and/or network requirements.
Abstract:
A system for associating a data collector with a network account includes a first computing device to collect data associated with the use of a number of object devices on a network. The first computing device creates a network account associated with a second computing device, and the first computing device assigns a filename to a data collector data packet. The filename includes information related to the network account associated with the second computing device. The information related to the network account is embedded within binary code of the data collector data packet.
