Abstract: A semiconductor device that functions as a relay station and is reduced in size is provided. The semiconductor device includes an operational amplifier, a first transistor and a first capacitor that are electrically connected to a first input side of the operational amplifier, and a first resistor and a second resistor that are electrically connected to a second input side. The second resistor is electrically connected to an output side of the operational amplifier, a gate of the first transistor is electrically connected to a first power supply, the first resistor is electrically connected to a second power supply, and at least a transistor included in the operational amplifier has a region overlapping with the first transistor.

Abstract: An amplifying circuit and a rectifying antenna are provided. The amplifying circuit includes: a first rectifying circuit (20), configured to output a first direct current signal according to an alternating current signal; a second rectifying circuit (30), configured to output a second direct current signal according to the alternating current signal; a differential amplifying circuit (40), configured to receive the first direct current signal and the second direct current signal, amplify a difference between the first direct current signal and the second direct current signal, and output an amplified difference between the first direction current signal and the second direct current, the first direct current signal and the second direct current signal have directions opposite to each other. The amplifying circuit can improve sensitivity of an antenna with relatively low costs.

Abstract: An instrumentation absolute value differential amplifier is used as part of an electroencephalogram, electromyogram or electrocardiogram to quantify the excitation state of a user, processing and transmitting this information as a control signal for a user feedback device. In one possible arrangement, this feedback device includes a wireless sex toy which responds to the sent control information, acting as a mind controlled sex toy. This provides a simple, intuitive, aesthetically appealing interface for creating a unique sexual experience. The use of an instrumentation absolute value differential amplifier is sufficient to monitor the desired signals while reducing the number of parts required and allowing for less precise tolerances than traditional biological monitoring circuits, thus decreasing the cost of production.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a class-D audio amplifier. When the class-D audio amplifier is powered on, an auxiliary power amplifier and an auxiliary feedback circuit constitute an auxiliary close loop so that a control loop is established in advance. The auxiliary close loop is disconnected after various circuit modules reach their steady operation points, and the class-D audio amplifier operates at a normal state. A soft start circuit is provided for suppressing noise which occurs when the class-D audio amplifier is powered on. Thus, the class-D audio amplifier suppresses POP noise at an output terminal when the class-D audio amplifier is powered on.

Abstract: A power amplifier includes a two-dimensional matrix of N×M active cells formed by stacking main terminals of multiple active cells in series. The stacks are coupled in parallel to form the two-dimensional matrix. The power amplifier includes a driver structure to coordinate the driving of the active cells so that the effective output power of the two-dimensional matrix is approximately N×M the output power of each of the active cells.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention relate to a power amplification device and method, wherein the power amplification device can comprise: a power amplifier; a switch mode converter for controlling a bias of the power amplifier; a comparator for providing a switching signal to the switch mode converter according to an envelope signal; and a control unit for determining whether a switching frequency of the switch mode converter is within a specific band and applying an offset to the switching frequency so as to deviate from the specific band if the switching frequency of the switch mode converter is within the specific band. Various other embodiments can be carried out.

Abstract: An apparatus of correcting an offset for a differential amplifier which compensates a direct current (DC) offset voltage in a differential analog signal amplifier using a resistive feedback structure to minimize a deviation and a method thereof are provided. The apparatus includes a differential amplifier that is configured to amplify a common DC voltage input via a first resistor and a second resistor with a predetermined amplification factor to output the amplified voltage. A controller is configured to compare voltages output from both output terminals of the differential amplifier to determine whether to generate an offset. In addition, the offset is corrected using a switching unit coupled in parallel to an input terminal of the differential amplifier in response to detecting a generated offset. The controller is also configured to adjust an asymmetric property of the input terminal of the differential amplifier to correct the generated offset.
