Each load includes a winding for each phase. The windings are connected in star connection at a midpoint. An auxiliary power supply system of an auxiliary network includes a first power supply terminal and a second power supply terminal. The main power supply system is configured to generate the at least one polyphase voltage with at least one non-zero homopolar component. The auxiliary power supply system includes a module for connecting the first power supply terminal to the midpoint and the second power supply terminal to a reference point, for supplying the auxiliary network via at least one homopolar component coming from the midpoint.

摘要: A method for controlling operation of a permanent-magnet synchronous motor includes: during operation of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor, receiving, by the permanent-magnet synchronous motor, a shutdown signal from an external device; uninterruptedly outputting, by a microcontroller unit (MCU), a deceleration pulse to an inverter, instead of directly blocking a PWM pulse to the inverter, and constantly monitoring a control signal sent by the external device; during a deceleration process, when the MCU receives a new startup signal and a real-time speed Vi of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor is greater than or equal to a reference speed Vref, controlling the permanent-magnet synchronous motor to rotate at a parameter approaching to a target torque T or a target speed V corresponding to the new startup signal; and blocking, by the MCU, the PWM pulse when the real-time speed Vi of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor is lower than the reference speed Vref.

When the switcher controls switching to the flux control operation, the flux estimator gives, to the feedback control, an amplitude of the estimated flux estimated before switching to the flux control operation, as an initial value of the command amplitude immediately after switching to the flux control operation.

摘要: For improving Maximum Torque per Amps (MTPA) control, a method generates an offline MTPA curve based on an autotune test for a motor, which is used as offline MTPA control in order to run a motor at a high efficiency operation point. Another online method generates a search zone for the MTPA curve for a given torque point. The search zone includes an upper D-axis reference current and a lower D-axis reference current for the given torque point. The method iteratively modifies a D-axis reference current between the upper D-axis reference current and the lower D-axis reference current of the search zone. The method modifies a Q-axis reference current to output the given torque. The method updates a corresponding current pair of the given torque point to the modified D-axis reference current and the modified Q-axis reference current with a lowest current amplitude to improve MTPA control of the motor.

摘要: The invention discloses a control method for balancing scaling errors of multiple current sensors for PMSM. An impedance network is set between a direct current power supply and a three-phase inverter connected to a PMSM to avoid positive and negative poles of the direct current power supply being short-circuited under actions of shoot-through vectors. Under actions of two shoot-through vectors in a PWM cycle, three-phase current sensors are used to respectively sample the sum of currents in each branch of three-phase output branches of the three-phase inverter and a branch of the same bridge arm of the three-phase inverter, according to the sampled currents, operating to obtain the relationship between the scaling error coefficients of the three-phase current sensors. Then, correction coefficients are calculated. The correction of the scaling errors of the current sensors is implemented using correction coefficient feedback control.

An example system includes a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), and a motor control system that limits supply current and regenerative current of the PMSM. The limiting includes receiving a torque command and generating a corresponding current command for generating an amount of torque based on the torque command. Further, the limiting includes determining an estimated battery current that is drawn corresponding to the current command. Further, in response to the estimated battery current exceeding a threshold, a modified torque command is generated, and a modified current command corresponding to the modified torque command is also generated. The modified current command is used to cause the PMSM to generate the amount of torque.

摘要: A motor and a driving circuit thereof are provided. The motor driving circuit includes a controllable bidirectional AC switch connected with a winding of the motor between two terminals of an AC power supply; and first and second position sensors. The first position sensor and the second position sensor are respectively configured to detect positions of magnetic poles of the rotor. The first position sensor and the second position sensor output magnetic pole position signals having opposite phases when detecting a same magnetic pole of the rotor. At a rest position of the motor, the first position sensor and the second position sensor are respectively arranged with an advance angle with respect to a connection line crossing centers of opposite magnetic poles of the rotor, to make the motor have large starting torque.
