摘要: Unique systems, methods, techniques and apparatuses of a power converter are disclosed. One exemplary embodiment is a resonant power converter comprising a DC bus, a primary leg, an auxiliary leg, and an LC resonant circuit. The auxiliary leg is coupled between DC bus and includes a first auxiliary switch and a second auxiliary switch coupled at an auxiliary midpoint connection. The LC resonant circuit includes an air-core resonant inductor and a resonant capacitor coupled between the auxiliary midpoint connection and a primary midpoint connection of the primary leg. A controller is structured to control the first and second auxiliary switch and the first and second primary switch so as to provide resonant operation of the LC resonant circuit effective to provide a substantially zero voltage condition across the first and second primary switch while toggling the switches.

摘要: A power converter controller includes a high side signal interface circuit that includes a common mode cancellation circuit that is coupled to generate a fourth current signal representative of an OFF signal referenced to a bypass voltage during an initial state, and a first current signal in response to an ON signal being pulled to a lower value relative to the OFF signal to turn ON a high side switch. The common mode cancellation circuit generates a common mode rejection signal in response to the first and fourth current signals. A first current hysteresis comparator receives the first and fourth current signals, the common mode rejection signal, and a drive signal to generate a first output signal. A drive signal generated in response to the first output signal in a presence of a common mode voltage caused by slewing at a half bridge node.

Each inverter block can include a plurality of switching devices. The plurality of switching devices can include one or more silicon carbide MOSFETs. A control method can include providing, by a control system, one or more gating commands to a first inverter block in the plurality of inverter blocks. The control method can further include implementing, by the control system, a gating command delay to generate a first delayed gating command based at least in part on the one or more gating commands. The control method can further include providing, by the control system, the first delayed gating command to a second inverter block in the plurality of inverter blocks.

A galvanic isolation barrier comprises first and second common isolation capacitors electrically insulating the common load circuit. 摘要: A transmitter for wireless power transfer is provided. The transmitter includes an input port, a first transmission port, a second transmission port, an inverter, and a controller. An input of the inverter is coupled to the input port, and an output of the inverter is coupled in parallel to the first and second transmission ports. The controller is programmed to control the inverter to modulate an output voltage at the output of the inverter such that power from the input port is transmitted at a first frequency through the first transmission port and at a second frequency through the second transmission port.

The control system is structured to receive as input voltage (Vpv) and current (Ipv) output by the DC power source, voltage (Vdc) output by the second controller stage, and voltage (Vac) and a current (Iac) which are output by the third stage to an AC electrical power system, provide a control command for the first converter stage, and process the information of Vdc, Vac and Iac to provide control commands for the inverter switches.
