Abstract: A vehicle power monitoring and auxiliary starting device is provided. The device includes a case, a supercapacitor module, a first circuit, and a second circuit. The at least one supercapacitor module is connected in series through the first circuit, the second circuit includes a balanced charging and controlling circuit, a display module, a relay control circuit and a boost circuit. The first circuit has a positive pole and a negative pole connected with the vehicle battery's positive pole and negative pole. The power of the vehicle battery maintains a certain amount of reserve power, and the balanced charging and controlling circuit of the second circuit monitor the vehicle battery.

Abstract: A backup power supply device includes: a storage battery charged with power from an external power supply; charge switches for charging the storage batter; discharge switches that are made from a field-effect transistor and that discharge the storage battery to a load device; a control unit for controlling the charge switches and the discharge switches; and a discharge suppression section connected in series to the discharge switches. The discharge suppression section suppresses leakage of current from the storage battery only when the control unit charges the storage battery, and the battery voltage exceeds an input voltage and the difference voltage between the battery voltage and the input voltage is less than a prescribed value.

Abstract: A control system may include a direct-current (DC) power bus for charging (e.g., trickle charging) internal energy storage elements in control devices of the control system. For example, the control devices may be motorized window treatments configured to adjust a position of a covering material to control the amount of daylight entering a space. The system may include a DC power supply that may generate a DC voltage on the DC power bus. For example, the DC power bus may extend from the DC power supply around the perimeter of a floor of the building and may be connected to all of the motorized window treatments on the floor (e.g., in a daisy-chain configuration). Wiring the DC power bus in such a manner may dramatically reduce the installation labor and wiring costs of an installation, as well as decreasing the chance of a miswire.
