摘要： A sealed power distribution module includes a nonconductive body defining a terminal receptacle, a barrier seal engaged to and surrounding the body adjacent the receptacle on an exterior surface of the body, a terminal element grid fitted within the receptacle, and provisions for installing commercially available sealed terminals to complete the wiring. The grid is engaged to the body at a location interior to the barrier seal. The power distribution module may also include one or more bus bar assemblies oriented such that simultaneous switching of relay packages is possible.

A plurality of terminal blades extend from the legs of the channel and include a plurality of sites for electrical connection to a plurality of removable circuit elements. A plurality of separate connector elements are contained within the body, and each of the connector elements are configured to engage a terminal blade of the bus with a terminal of a respective one of the removable circuit elements.

An upper panel of the lower shell includes a first fixing mount and a draw hole, and the upper shell includes an outer side face having a second fixing mount. The upper panel of the lower shell has an inner face including a rib which is placed near the draw hole and extends towards the side panel of the lower shell while surrounding the draw hole. Likewise, the upper face of the connector block includes a pair of partition walls at a position corresponding to that of the rib, so that, when the connector block is inserted into the lower shell, the partition walls are closely superposed on the rib, and a draining space is formed away from a space for fixture ports for electrical parts, and leads to the drain hole. Such a configuration prevents the electrical connector housing from becoming too large and too costly. Such a housing structure also provides a better waterproofing quality.

A tubular second electrical contact element (32) is secured within the tubular body and preferably has a flexible electrical terminal strap (24) which extends out through an opening (23) formed in the tubular body. Fluid-tight seals are provided between the inner surface (14) of the tubular body and the outer surfaces (46, 58, 30) of the first and second electrical contact elements and the mounting flange assembly by using pairs of O-rings (38, 50 and 70); an adhesive (39) is also used to secure these elements to the body.

摘要： A fuse holder assembly for a cylindrical fuse of the type including a fusible link retained in an insulative sleeve. The assembly includes first and second insulated conductors, first and second metallic terminal elements for attachment to the end of the conductors and including a receiving end for holding one end of the fuse. The assembly further includes first and second sleeves of resilient insulative material for receiving corresponding conductors in an interference fit with each sleeve being slidable along the outside surface of the conductor. A first cap of relatively rigid insulative material includes a barrel defining a cavity for receiving the first terminal element with the cap having a facing end portion and a remote end portion. The cap includes an intermediate internal ledge positioned between the end portions for abutting the fuse-receiving end of the terminal element, and a remote internal ledge positioned at the remote end portion of the cap for abutting a sleeve. The remote ledge defines an opening for passage of the first conductor. A substantially similar second cap is also provided for longitudinal movement towards the first cap thereby causing the fuse to be received in the fuse-receiving portions of the terminal elements and with the sleeves bearing against their corresponding remote ledges of the caps, to provide a degree of water resistance.
