    摘要: A transmission mechanism includes a link lever, a fan-shaped lever, a spring mechanism and a thrust shaft pin. An outer end of the link lever includes a pin hole and an inner end includes a chute. A cam shaft pin passes through the chute and moves in the chute to drive the link lever when a motor cam rotates. A roller is mounted between the pin hole and the chute. The fan-shaped lever is connected to a main shaft and includes a first chute. The top of the spring mechanism includes a hole. The thrust shaft pin passes through second chutes on two side plates, the first chute, the hole, and the pin hole and links the link lever, the fan-shaped lever and the spring mechanism. The thrust shaft pin compresses the spring mechanism to store energy and drives the fan-shaped lever to rotate and a contact to move.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a contact structure of a low-voltage electrical apparatus. The contact structure is in a dual-breakpoint form, and comprises: two U-shaped static contacts, the U-shaped static contact enabling the current direction in the static contact to be opposite to the current direction in a movable contact; a contact bridge; two movable contacts, disposed on the contact bridge, and respectively corresponding to the two static contacts; a contact support member, disposed on the movable contacts and connected to the movable contacts; two main contact springs, symmetrically disposed under the movable contacts and forming an angle with the contact bridge; and a spring support member, disposed under the two movable contacts and connected to the two main contact springs. At a contact position of the static contact and the movable contact and at a repulsed open position of the static contact and the movable contact, the angle between the main contact spring and the contact bridge is between −β and +α.

A compression spring is accommodated in the spring housing portion to cause the cross bar to elastically hold the movable contact.

With the disconnector closed, the first and second latching elements are arranged in a latched connection with one another. During an initial phase of the movement of the first contact element in the opening direction the latched connection initially remains, and the second contact element is carried along by the first contact element in the opening direction. During a disconnecting phase, the latched connection is released, the second element is restored by the restoring system counter to the opening direction, and the second contact element is disconnected from the first contact element.
