摘要： The video receiving apparatus is capable of transmitting and receiving data via a communications network. The video receiving apparatus includes a video extractor, a controller, a calibration executor, and an input unit to which a video signal is input. The video extractor extracts a partial video, which is to be used for video recognition processing, from the video signal. The controller controls the following operations: That is, the controller transmits, to a video recognition apparatus, either the partial video or content recognition information formed from the partial video, thereby requesting the video recognition apparatus to perform the video recognition processing. The controller acquires a result of the video recognition processing from the video recognition apparatus, and acquires the additional information based on the video recognition processing from an additional-information delivering apparatus. The calibration executor performs calibration processing in cooperation with the video recognition apparatus, thereby setting the predetermined parameter.

The multimedia data includes indexes to and condensed representations of corresponding video data stored in a video database. A portion of the first set of multimedia data is displayed at a control device in response to the user query. A user of the control device selects an element of the first set of multimedia data for video playback and video data corresponding to the element delivered to a video device for playback. A user of the control device selects an element of the first set of multimedia data for additional information and a second set of multimedia data corresponding to the element delivered to the control device.

摘要： A system and method is provided for managing and displaying annotations in online hosted videos. To determine related annotations associated with a video, a plurality of annotations for one or more intervals of the video are collected and organized into a plurality of groups. Each group includes annotations for intervals of the video that are similar to each other. A group having related annotations is identified, and an annotated clip of the video is formed based upon the intervals in the group. This process can be used to determine any number of groups in a given video having related annotations, forming the respective annotated intervals within a single video, and can also identify and organize annotated intervals within a large number of different videos.

摘要： This present disclosure relates to systems and processes for interpolating images of an object from a multi-directional structured image array. In particular embodiments, a plurality of images corresponding to a light field is obtained using a camera. Each image contains at least a portion of overlapping subject matter with another image. First, second, and third images are determined, which are the closest three images in the plurality of images to a desired image location in the light field. A first set of candidate transformations is identified between the first and second images, and a second set of candidate transformations is identified between the first and third images. For each pixel location in the desired image location, first and second best pixel values are calculated using the first and second set of candidate transformations, respectively, and the first and second best pixel values are blended to form an interpolated pixel.

摘要： Disclosed is a system, method, and computer program product for relating a metadata tag to a television program identifier and associating a hashtag with metadata associated with the television program. A mapping server receives a request that includes a metadata tag (e.g., a hashtag) for a social object, such as a comment or a post to a social network. The mapping server generates a graph to determine a set of television program identifiers likely associated with the metadata tag. Furthermore, the mapping server compresses graph data over time to reduce the time needed to perform a query to the graph.
