    Abstract: Natural language processing includes processing unstructured data in response to a request for a conclusion to a line of inquiry to produce structured information that conforms to a computer readable information schema. Values obtained from the unstructured data are assigned to attributes of the structured information and determining a candidate conclusion to the line of inquiry based on the value-assigned attributes. A confidence score is computed that is indicative of a sufficiency of the candidate conclusion as the conclusion to the line of inquiry. One or more of the attributes are displayed to a user for modification responsive to the confidence score of the corresponding conclusion failing to meet a confidence criterion. The displayed attributes are ranked by relevance of the attribute to the corresponding conclusion. The conclusion to the line of inquiry is determined based on the modified values of the user-selected attributes.

    Abstract: A data input system is described which has a user interface which receives one or more context text items in a sequence of text items input by a user. A processor of the data input system uses a plurality of language models to predict, from each language model, a next item in the sequence of text items. The processor uses a dynamic model which is bespoke to the user as a result of learning text items which the user has previously used, to predict a next item in the sequence of text items. The processor weights the predicted next item from the dynamic model using at least per term weights, each per term weight representing a likelihood of an associated term of the dynamic model given one of the language models.

    Abstract: A data processing method, program, and apparatus for identifying a document within a block of text. A block of text is tokenized into a plurality of text tokens according to at least one rule parser. Each of the plurality of text tokens is sequentially compared to a plurality of document tokens to determine if the text token matches one of the plurality of document tokens. The plurality of document tokens correspond to a plurality of documents which have been tokenized according to the one or more rule parsers. Each matched text token is filtered according to predetermined filtering criteria to generate one or more candidate text tokens. It is then determined whether sequence of candidate text tokens that occur in sequential order within the block of text match sequence of document tokens. If so, then it is determined that the document has been identified within the block of text. The document can correspond to an artist, a song names, and misspellings and aliases thereof.
